I looked for an apartment there some time ago. The service was terrible. They just gave me an old folder full of ads for me to look at. Without the slightest guidance and without photos. It was something that could be published on the internet.

No employee wearing a mask. Lack of total respect for the health-conscious client. Terrible attendance. I only give one star because there is no way to give zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poucas vezes fui tão mal atendido em um local. Ainda bem decidi ligar antes de ir presencialmente. A atendente é extremamente grosseira, parece estar fazendo um favor aos clientes.
Recomendo procurar outra imobiliária.
Rarely have I been treated so poorly in a place. Glad I decided to call before going in person. The attendant is extremely rude, seems to be doing the customers a favor.
I recommend looking for another realtor.

Awful. We called to visit an apartment, we asked if the key was available, the lady who answered us said yes. Said it was wrong to just leave the ID. At the same moment I went to the real estate agency and ... The keys had been borrowed.
