★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi tudo perfeito do começo ao fim! Elas conseguiram me encaixar na agenda para que não ficasse muito em cima da festa, foi super fácil de alugar, de fazer os ajustes e depois de devolver.
Dica: nem todo vestido está no site. Vale visitar e explicar o que gosta. O meu eu achei assim. Não estava no site, mas a moça que me atendeu me mostrou e ficou perfeito.
 It was all perfect from start to finish! They managed to fit me into the schedule so that I didn't get too busy with the party, it was super easy to rent, make the adjustments and then return it.
Tip: not every dress is on the site. Worth visiting and explaining what you like. Mine I thought so. It wasn't on the website, but the girl who helped me showed it to me and it was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomendo a loja. Os vestidos são impecáveis e em perfeito estado. Fiz o aluguel à distância e quando cheguei no dia para retirar o vestido era do jeitinho que mostrava na foto! Os ajustes também ficaram perfeitos no meu corpo.
Atendimento rápido e com atenção através do WhatsApp. Não tenho do que reclamar! Obrigada, meninas.
I highly recommend the store. The dresses are impeccable and in perfect condition. I rented it remotely and when I arrived on the day to remove the dress it was just the way it showed in the photo! The adjustments were also perfect on my body.
Fast and attentive service through WhatsApp. I have nothing to complain about! Thanks girls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apenas decepção. Minha experiência com a loja se resume em ESTRESSE! São diversos vestidos maravilhosos o que acaba iludindo na hora do aluguel.. pois o atendimento é PESSIMO. Falta muito compromisso com as clientes... E digo isso pois para o mesmo evento tiveram outras colegas com o mesmo problema, problema com entrega do prazo e sinceridade conosco.
Primeiro, não me procuraram para a prova, eu quem tive que ficar cobrando mais de uma vez por uma data; segundo, quando consegui a data (após muita insistencia) cheguei na loja, aguardei 50 minutos, para a moça sorrir e dizer "então, seu vestido não está na loja"; terceiro, na semana da entrega do vestido adiaram a data na vespera da formatura. Enfim, foi uma experiencia péssima que não indicaria a ninguem. Portanto, se não quer ser tratada como apenas mais uma cliente indico procurar outras lojas de aluguel.
Only disappointment. My experience with the store boils down to STRESS! There are several wonderful dresses which end up misleading when renting... because the service is TERRIBLE. There is a lack of commitment to the clients... And I say that because for the same event there were other colleagues with the same problem, problem with delivery of the deadline and sincerity with us.
First, they didn't look for me for the test, I was the one who had to charge more than once for a date; second, when I got the date (after a lot of insistence) I arrived at the store, I waited 50 minutes for the girl to smile and say "so, your dress is not in the store"; third, the week the dress was delivered, they pushed back the date on the eve of graduation. Anyway, it was a terrible experience that I would not indicate to anyone. So, if you don't want to be treated as just another customer, I recommend looking for other rental stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja impecável! As meninas são super atenciosas, os vestidos são maravilhosos.. é até difícil decidir qual você quer. Todo atendimento é excelente, desde quando você chega até todo o processo de escolher o vestido, pagar, ajustar e retirar o vestido.
Amei muito conhecer e alugar nessa loja, com certeza voltarei para alugar mais vezes!
Impeccable store! The girls are super attentive, the dresses are wonderful.. it's even hard to decide which one you want. Every service is excellent, from when you arrive to the entire process of choosing the dress, paying, adjusting and removing the dress.
I really loved knowing and renting in this store, I will definitely come back to rent more often!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho um ABSURDO cobrar R$ 70,00 para provar vestidos, claro que se uma cliente provar e não levar foi gasto tempo da loja. MAS TODAS LOJAS DO MUNDO TRABALHAM DESTA FORMA! Faz parte do business, isso é para ser embutido no valor do vestido.
E mesmo se cobrassem (que de novo, um absurdo), deveria ser descontado o valor no aluguel do vestido e não na "lavagem", ou seja, em nada beneficia a cliente.
O vestido pode ser o TOP DAS GALÁXIAS, mas a venda não é só o produto em si, é o atendimento e cuidado com os seus clientes também faz parte da venda.
Eu tinha 12 madrinhas para ir à loja, vocês iam vender no mínimo R$ 12.000,00 e por causa de R$ 70,00 não vamos na loja, simples assim! Desculpe, mas não vou falar para as minhas madrinhas.: Olha amigas, eu indico esta loja, Mas olha, tem que pagar R$ 70,00 para provar e não posso garantir que vocês gostem do vestido, tá!? NEVER!

Sou do interior de sp e quando eu aluguei meus 2 vestidos, avisei que precisaria fazer a prova deles antes e a retirada Tbm! Resumindo, alugaram o vestido q eu usaria no fds anterior, segunda o vestido não tinha sido devolvido, tinha que lavar, a prova seria feita só na terça feira para eles ajustarem e meu evento já era na quarta… fui obrigada a trocar de modelo na semana do evento e ainda me cobraram a diferença. A atendente super grossa na hr dos ajustes que não fizeram direito (faltou bordado, não ajustaram a alça e ele ficou caindo). Só sei que ainda me cobraram a diferença de preço por erro deles… se a política de aluguel a distância é essa, repensem!!!

I'm from the interior of sp and when I rented my 2 dresses, I warned that I would need to test them before and the withdrawal too! In short, they rented the dress that I would wear on the previous weekend, on Monday the dress had not been returned, I had to wash it, the fitting would only be done on Tuesday for them to adjust and my event was already on Wednesday… I was forced to change the model at week of the event and they even charged me the difference. The super rude attendant in the hr of the adjustments that didn't make it right (they lacked embroidery, they didn't adjust the strap and it kept falling out). I only know that they still charged me the difference in price due to their mistake… if this is the distance rental policy, rethink!!!
