★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A veterinária é bem desatenciosa!! Levei minha cachorrinha que estava passando mal, ela ficou conversando por 1h, não foi capaz de fazer um exame. Disse que "como já estava perto do prazo de tomar o vermífugo, iriamos iniciar por esse caminho". A cachorrinha simplesmente piorou, tentamos entrar em contato o dia inteiro com a veterinária, para saber se seria um caso de levar ela com urgência, pois ela tinha dito que era contra entrar com medicações mais forte, e ela simplesmente colocou um balconista para responder, sem nenhuma atenção (e ele sempre dizia que ela não achava necessário, que era para insistir no vermífugo, que tinha alimentos para facilitar a cachorrinha a tomar o remédio).
Como não tivemos nenhuma atenção chamamos com urgência outro veterinário, mas foi tarde de mais, minha cachorrinha morreu.
The vet is very inattentive!! I took my little dog who was feeling sick, she was talking for 1h, she wasn't able to do an exam. He said that "as it was already close to the deadline for taking the dewormer, we would start on this path". The dog just got worse, we tried to get in touch with the vet all day long, to know if it would be a case of taking her urgently, as she had said she was against taking stronger medications, and she simply had a clerk answer, without any attention (and he always said that she didn't think it was necessary, that it was to insist on the dewormer, that he had food to make it easier for the puppy to take the medicine).
As we didn't have any attention, we urgently called another vet, but it was too late, my dog died.
