Fiz meu apartamento com MyTop Brasil por indicação de um fornecedor de vidros , eles fizeram meu projeto cad de tudo que eu teria em minha casa , passado alguns cabearam e foram entregando tudo conforme andamento da obra minha obra ficou mais de 7 meses em andamento e sempre eles estavam atentos ao andamento e não tenho nada que me queixar apenas agradecer pois pagamos e recebemos o projeto com instrução de uso , documentação e senhas , dou parabéns a está empresa por sempre nos atender bem, tenho vários recursos da porta, câmera, wifi rápida, cortinas motorizadas, flap motorizado, som e tv e uma tela que comanda minha casa, fiquei feliz pelo resultado deu tudo certo, pós venda ótimo, atendimento ótimo, empresas como está tem o meu respeito. I made my apartment with MyTop Brasil on the recommendation of a glass supplier , they made my cad project of everything I would have in my house , I passed some cables and were delivering everything as the work progressed , my work was in progress for more than 7 months and always they were attentive to the progress and I have nothing to complain about, just thank you because we paid and received the project with instructions for use, documentation and passwords, I congratulate this company for always serving us well, I have several port features, camera, fast wifi , motorized curtains, motorized flap, sound and TV and a screen that controls my house, I was happy with the result everything went right, great after sales, great service, companies like this have my respect. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ contratei a MyTop em um apresentação que eles fizeram no condomínio , para meu apto no Panamby , após algumas reunioes percebi que eles tinham um atendimento esclarecido, fiz outros orçamentos, mas atendimento foi indiscutível. Home theater e automação com ótimos produtos de qualidade e após 3 anos , tive uma infiltração nos moveis e eles foram prontamente me atender para desmontar todos aparelhos para os as correções, após varios problemas com arquiteto e outros fornecedores, a MyTop foi a única que cumpriu com excelente atendimento. muito agradecido .
I hired MyTop in a presentation that they did at the condo, for my apt at Panamby, after some meetings I realized that they had an enlightened service, I made other budgets, but the service was indisputable. Home theater and automation with great quality products and after 3 years, I had an infiltration in the furniture and they were promptly assisting me to dismantle all appliances for corrections, after several problems with architect and other suppliers, MyTop was the only one that fulfilled with excellent service. thank you very much .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui conhecê-los após pesquisar muito, imaginava ficar vendo produtos e quando fui atendido me apresentaram muita coisa que eu não sabia, fiz projeto com eles pensaram por mim e alterei muita coisa do meu projeto inicial com a minha Arq. pois muita coisa eu nem teria se eu não tivesse conhecido a mytop eles tem uma visão global da obra inclusive até meu rack da sala estava sem profundidade suficiente eles me ajudaram ver isso, fui muito bem atendido sempre cumpriram com agenda, fizeram muita coisa que eu nem tinha pedido ex. instalar as tvs dos demais espaços que nem havia fechado com eles tiveram muito cuidado com tudo até me orientaram comprar o suporte certo para ficar bonito o acabamento, sem dúvida foi melhor escolha que fiz , fiz esse texto enorme para agradecer a todos não citarei nomes para ninguém ficar com ciúmes mas vcs sabem que sou admirador do trabalho de vocês e faço questão de indicar em meu condomínio para amigos e familiares V & F
I got to know them after doing a lot of research, I imagined seeing products and when I was attended they showed me a lot that I didn't know, I made a project with them, they thought for me and changed a lot of my initial project with my Arch. I would have if I hadn't known mytop they have a global view of the work including even my rack in the room was not deep enough they helped me see it, I was very well attended, they always followed schedule, did a lot that I hadn't even asked for ex. installing the TVs in the other spaces that I had not even closed with them, they were very careful with everything, they even guided me to buy the right support to make the finish look beautiful, without a doubt it was the best choice I made, I made this huge text to thank everyone. No one will be jealous but you guys know that I admire your work and I make a point of recommending it to friends and family in my condominium V & F

Hoje 4 anos do projeto inicial, fui atendido prontamente tive problemas com operadora de sinal e raio que caiu no meu apto . Troquei de provedor internet, precisou trocar minha TV e fazer check up da instalação, explicação excelente da empresa em me esclarecer que trocando pela fibra optica não terei mais problemas com raio que veio pelo cabo de antena .
Resposta muito esclarecida no diagnóstico e orientação remota, rapidez na execução no local, e a gentileza da mesma equipe que projetou e instalou.

Today, 4 years of the initial project, I was promptly attended to, I had problems with the signal and lightning operator that fell into my apartment. I changed internet provider, needed to change my TV and check up the installation, excellent explanation from the company in clarifying that switching to optical fiber I will no longer have problems with lightning that came through the antenna cable.
Very enlightened response in diagnosis and remote guidance, fast execution on site, and the kindness of the same team that designed and installed it.

Tive problemas com a empresa de móveis e outros segmentos e eles quem resolveram, devido ao pessoal ser bem esclarecido e com muito conhecimento técnico, analisaram os projetos dos arquitetos para nos auxiliar na finalização. O que antes eu esperava, somente instalarem o que contratei, após a obra pronta, eles instalaram tudo e não precisei ninguém de informática para montar o sistema de rede mesh profissional , pode conversar com qualquer um da empresa que todos tem ótimo conhecimento técnico e muito educados, tratamento VIP isto é notório ao primeiro contato... O preço , por ser produtos de ótima qualidade , foi honestíssimo Abs.
We implemented the system offered by MyTop and it really was the best option. After the proposal closed, they conducted everything, aiming to focus on my project. I had problems with the furniture company and other segments and they who solved it, due to the staff being very knowledgeable and with a lot of technical knowledge, analyzed the architects' projects to help us in the finalization. What I expected before, they only installed what I hired, after the work was ready, they installed everything and I didn't need anyone to assemble the professional mesh network system, you can talk to anyone from the company who all have great technical knowledge and a lot polite, VIP treatment, this is notorious at the first contact... The price, for being excellent quality products, was very honest Abs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right now, we are just finishing the 2nd experience (a 1st project upgrade) with MyTop Brazil. Since the beginning the service has been awesome not only along the project execution but also on the after sales. The project carefully design to fulfill the customer needs and to avoid mayor impacts on the previous apartment decor/design. Additionally, the high standard equipments and softwares deliver an amazing quality in terms of sound and image together with a friendly interface to operate the system. I have to admit that in the beginning I was afraid about the benefits from the automation and how trustful would be the whole system. The current upgrade is a proof of how satisfied we are. Last but not less important, We have to highlight the people that assist us along the project lifetime, mainly ROdrigo and Wellington, these guys rock! Making a long story short, highly recommended!!!
