Gente comprei meus móveis mes passado e já chegaram e montaram......inacreditável a rapidez e a agilidade que eles tem em todos os processos....
Sem contar o atendimento na loja, nossa super profissionais...o projetista tirou todas as minhas dúvidas com toda paciencia do mundo rsrsrs...
Com certeza a melhor empresa de móveis planejados que eu fui, e olha que reformei minha casa e toda mão de obra me deu trabalho!!! Unica que não tive nenhuma dor de cabeça foram meus móveis.
Estou super satisfeita e indico sempre pra todos que conheço com toda certeza

People bought my furniture last month and they arrived and assembled ...... unbelievable the speed and agility they have in all processes ....
Not to mention the service at the store, our super professionals ... the designer took all my doubts with all the patience of the world lol ...
Certainly the best planned furniture company that I went to, and look, I remodeled my house and all the labor gave me work !!! The only thing I didn't have a headache was my furniture.
I am super satisfied and I always recommend to everyone I know for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 08/03/2020 fui até a loja de Gurulhos/ponte grande e fechei meu planejado, apenas 1 comodo (Cozinha).
Me deram o prazo de 40 dias úteis para que tudo ficasse pronto, pois era o tempo que eu iria me mudar para o local.
Vai completar 3 meses e não me entregaram, não me deram nenhuma satisfação, nem o proprio vendedor para ligar ou simplesmente mandar uma msg para explicar o ocorrido.
Ligo no Sac e me informam que as peças esta para chegar AINDA em São Paulo.
On 08/03/2020 I went to the Gurulhos store / big bridge and closed my plan, only 1 room (Kitchen).
I was given a period of 40 working days for everything to be ready, as it was time that I would move to the place.
It will be 3 months old and they didn’t deliver it to me, they didn’t give me any satisfaction, nor did the seller himself call or simply send a message to explain what happened.
I call Sac and they inform me that the pieces are yet to arrive in São Paulo.

Vendedor Leonardo Rosendo ofereceu coisas e não colocou no contrato depois alegou que não havia oferecido, o pós venda é péssimo, não respondem, enrolam pra fazer o projeto final, falam que estão em atendimento externo quando chego na loja estão lá, o vendedor me disse que não me respondia pois precisava atendem os clientes novos, ou seja valeu tudo pra vender, depois de assinado o contrato e a comissão cair, é só dor de cabeça.
Tento por diversas contato com o gerente Wagner mas por coincidência, ele está sempre em atendimento ou foi no mercado ou então foi embora.
Empresa a nível fundo de quintal.
Estou a 3 meses aguardando a entrega dos armários da cozinha

Salesman Leonardo Rosendo offered things and didn't put them in the contract after he claimed he hadn't offered them, the after sales are terrible, they don't respond, they roll around to do the final project, they say they are in external service when I arrive at the store, they are there, the seller told me that he did not answer me because he needed to serve new customers, that is, anything was worth selling, after the contract was signed and the commission fell, it was just a headache.
I try for several contacts with the manager Wagner but by coincidence, he is always in attendance or went to the market or left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na loja tudo gentileza, depois infelizmente só tive dissabor, entrega muitíssimo fora do prazo, pós venda péssimo, precisei implorar pra arrumar vários ítens como por exemplo esse da foto, acabamento muito ruim, até hoje está com acabamento "mastigado". Se você quer sofrer e ter esse tipo de produto em sua casa aí está uma AMOSTRA.

Apesar de fazer a compra em outubro de 2020 houve um atraso na entrega do apartamento, após isso resolvido estou tendo muitos problemas, começou na compra com a falta de respeito da vendedora, depois deixaram pra lá e se a gente não ligasse eles também não entraram em contato, houve algumas pessoas muito solícitas como o Raul, Karina e André, porém tive que me mudar sem os móveis prontos e ainda aguardando quase 90 dias para ver se vão entregar e montar. No nosso grupo do condomínio pediram contatos e nós ficamos com medo porque não queremos que as pessoas passem pela mesma situação, temos inclusive uma grávida que quer fazer o quarto do bebê e pensamos: imagina o bebê nascer e o quarto não estar pronto? Enfim, por enquanto é isso. Vamos esperar o final da novela pra ver se damos mais estrelas.
