★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há muito tempo, mas não gostei do atendimento da última vez que estive na loja do center um (em fevereiro de 2019). Levei um relógio da swatch e eles me cobraram 300 reais pelo conserto. Depois fui na autorizada da marca que fica no centro e lá me disseram que o relógio era selado e não tinha conserto. Olhando na Internet, confirmei esta informação da autorizada. Tive o cuidado de voltar na "Na hora" para entender como seria o conserto, o atendente não me explicou e ainda por cima disse que 300 reais foi o preço de fevereiro mas que se eu enviasse de novo poderia aumentar.
 I have been a customer for a long time, but I did not enjoy the service the last time I was in the center one shop (in February 2019). I took a swatch watch and they charged me $ 300 for the repair. Then I went to the authorized one of the mark that is in the center and there I was told that the watch was sealed and had no repair. Looking at the Internet, I confirmed this information from the authorized one. I was careful to go back in the "On the hour" to understand how the repair would be, the attendant did not explain me and moreover said that 300 reais was the February price but that if I sent it again could increase.

E não foram capazes de atender. não indico.
