Good service, we always make our glasses here and have our photos developed. Much better quality than sites that sell photo packages at unrealistic prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é uma empresa confiável .Paguei para fazer digitalização de fotos e colocar num pen drive novo e qual não foi minha surpresa ao abrir esse pen drive algum tempo depois e descobrir que não tinha nada no pen drive. Pior do que isso foi a empresa não assumir a responsabilidade e colocar a culpa em mim .Descobri tb que o funcionário que fez o serviço não está mais na empre
sa....A resposta dada pelo proprietário foi a maneira que o mmo encontrou para justificar o injustificado: 1º pq jamais trocaria um pen drive por outro, eram fotos que seriam usadas como prova documental e portanto estava separado de qq outro pen drive , era um
pen drive novo;2º a orientação de digitalizar e colocar em um pen drive foi dado por um funcionário da Nagai , se ele tivesse me orientado não teria usado o pen drive
A única conclusão que eu cheguei é que apesar de estar a mais de 20 anos no bairro o propretário tenta justificar o injustificável e não soube assumir o problema e tentar reparar o erro , mas soube cobrar pelo trabalho que não foi feito e tenta colocar a culpa como sendo minha .Idoneidade não tem nada a ver com experiência
It is not a reliable company. I paid to do a photo scan and put it on a new pen drive and what was not my surprise when I opened this pen drive some time later and discovered that I had nothing on the thumb drive. Worse than that was the company did not take responsibility and put the blame on me. I found tb that the employee who did the service is no longer in the company
sa .... The answer given by the owner was the way that the mmo found to justify the unjustified: 1st pq would never exchange a pen drive for another, were photos that would be used as documentary evidence and therefore was separated from qq another pen drive, was a
new pen drive; 2nd the orientation of scanning and putting in a pen drive was given by a Nagai employee; if he had instructed me I would not have used the pen drive
The only conclusion I reached is that despite being more than 20 years in the neighborhood the propretário tries to justify the unjustifiable and did not know how to take over the problem and try to repair the error, but he knew how to charge for the work that was not done and tries to put the blame as being mine. Idoleness has nothing to do with experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi a revelação de 3 fotos em 10x15, no pen-drive tinha 6 fotos e a moça não me perguntou se seria todas ou tinha alguma especifica, mas acabei falando que eram 3. Aí como eram diferentes as fotos ela imprimiu da cabeça dela e quando eu fui ver estava errada. Conclusão tive que pagar 2 vezes por um erro que poderia ser resolvido com uma conversa. Sugestão, melhorar o atendimento pq aqui só tem reclamação de problemas na loja. Não recomendo a loja, a moça foi simpática mas tem que ser atenta pq um dia ela pode achar alguém que faça um barraco por esse tipo de erro kkkkkk.
I asked for 3 photos to be developed in 10x15, on the pen-drive there were 6 photos and the lady didn't ask me if it was all or if there was any specific one, but I ended up saying that there were 3. Then, as the photos were different, she printed from her head and when I went to see was wrong. Conclusion I had to pay twice for an error that could be resolved with conversation. Suggestion, improve service because here there are only complaints about problems in the store. I don't recommend the store, the lady was nice but you have to be attentive because one day she might find someone to make a shack for that kind of mistake kkkkkk.

Pedi um serviço de foto para documento e a foto não ficou boa, foi muito mexida…
Pedi pra tirar novamente porque não dava pra usar a foto e me pediram pra retornar para tirar uma nova foto ( TUDO COMBINADO PELO WHATSAPP) e quando minha esposa tirou a foto me cobraram novamente.
Fui buscar a foto e falei com a atendente que a loja não tinha sido profissional com o ocorrido e ela foi bem mal educada falando que era a minha opinião.
Resumindo, depois as lojas grandes engolem essas pequenas e as pessoas não sabem o porque….
NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA LOJA!!!!!!

I asked for a photo service for a document and the photo didn't look good, it was messed up a lot…
I asked to take it again because I couldn't use the photo and they asked me to return to take a new photo (EVERYTHING MATCHED BY WHATSAPP) and when my wife took the photo they charged me again.
I went to get the photo and told the attendant that the store had not been professional with what happened and she was very rude saying that it was my opinion.
In short, then the big stores swallow these small ones and people don't know why….
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, infelizmente o atendimento foi decepicionante, eu fiz um pedido de 10 fotos para impressions, e assim me aplicaram um desconto, um pouco depois eu precisei incluir uma foto, mas nessa foto me cobraram o valor de uma foto, logo depois de eu ter feito um pedido de 10 fotos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei imprimir várias fotos para uma avaliação em um curso de Fotografia. Liguei para vários lugares, e aqui foi um dos únicos na região que fariam na hora. Levaram pouco mais de 10 minutos, e gostei da qualidade. Não tive nenhum problema. Atendimento foi rápido e cordial. Não tenho outro parâmetro para saber se o preço é baixo ou não, mas irei voltar para fazer outras impressões!
I needed to print several photos for an assessment in a Photography course. I called several places, and this was one of the only places in the area that would do it right away. It took just over 10 minutes, and I liked the quality. I didn't have any problems. Service was quick and friendly. I have no other parameter to know if the price is low or not, but I will come back to make other impressions!
