★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima Loja gente. Antes de comprar pesquise a qualidade das armações. Essa loja não presta. É Franqueado. Minha armação quebrou com menos de 12 meses, a garantia deles nunca dão cobertura, e quando fui a loja ver alguma solução para reparar as molas da armação, eles não souberam fazer nada. Disse que não tem assistência técnica. Um Shopping desse de alto padrão ter um miseraveis franqueados desse devem passar fome para pagar o aluguel do edificio! PESSIMO!

Mas o pós venda é péssimo, foi informado que eu seria avisado quando óculos ficasse pronto, me passaram dois telefones (fixo e celular) que não atendem nunca, envia mensagem e não responde. Se eu tivesse lido os comentários jamais teria comprado. Não recomendo. A franqueadora no mínimo deveria verificar o que acontece com essa loja. NUNCA MAIS

Estava feliz com atendimento, levei outro cliente que também comprou, é a segunda vez que faço óculos com eles (já foram 5) e deve ser minha última vez! Precisam entender que a venda não é apenas cobrar o dinheiro mas também cumprir e principalmente deixar o cliente satisfeito! Hoje em dia uma empresa em que o cliente precisa ligar ou ir até a loja para saber sobre seu pedido e perder tempo está atrasada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido. Ainda agendaram uma prova de lentes de contato no retorno. Todos foram bem atenciosos. O tempo de entrega foi um pouquinho maior do que o estimado, mas nada que tenha sido problemático já que a pessoa que me atendeu me manteve atualizado o tempo todo.
