★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é boa e bem feita mas os valores aumentam muito rápido e está muito caro ...no poke trocaram o abacate por manga o q na minha opinião não ficou bom diminui bastante a frequência devido a essas mudanças uma pena.
The food is good and well made but the values increase very fast and it is very expensive ... in the poke they exchanged the avocado for mango which in my opinion was not good decreases quite frequently due to these changes a pity.

Many options of dishes, all of them very tasty. Service staff very helpful and attentive. They accept credit cards and meals. It was an excellent choice. I highly recommend it.

Fiz um pedido nesse restaurante às 16 horas e 30 minutos através do aplicativo iFood que não foi entregue e me foi cobrado.
Liguei para o restaurante duas vezes, primeiro as 18 h20 onde me pediram pra aguardar mais porque estava chovendo, eu perguntei se o pedido chegaria antes das 19 e me disseram que sim. Liguei novamente às 19 horas informando que ia embora do trabalho e não ia poder esperar mais o pedido. O responsável do restaurante me disse nesse momento que o entregador tentou fazer a entrega e não conseguiu me contatar na recepção do prédio, sendo que temos um token onde simplesmente escrevendo meu primeiro e último nome, é possível me notificar a chegada de qualquer pedido e TODOS os outros restaurantes do ifood que já fiz pedido conseguiram me contatar. Além disso não foi tentado contato comigo por telefone através do iFood ou notificado no app, opções que os entregadores e restaurantes do iFood tem pra notificar a chegada.
MAS O PIOR FOI: Após eu garantir que não recebi o pedido, pedi ao responsável do restaurante ao telefone que cancelasse o pedido no iFood devolvendo assim o dinheiro pago pela refeição que aguardei a tarde toda e não chegou. Ele me garantiu que ia cancelar e devolver o dinheiro e quando fui verificar o aplicativo hoje vi que foi declarado como entregue o pedido às 20h30, sendo que eu deixei o prédio as 19 horas e não voltei mais.
Incrível a falta de caráter e o descaso com a experiência de quem poderia utilizar o serviço do restaurante mais vezes, mas agora se tornou somente um detrator.
CHARGED REQUEST DO NOT DELIVER, AND BAD CHARACTERISM.
I placed an order at this restaurant at 4:30 pm through the undelivered iFood app and was charged to me.
I called the restaurant twice, first at 6:20 pm where they asked me to wait longer because it was raining, I asked if the order would arrive before 19 and they said yes. I called again at 7 pm informing that I was leaving work and could not wait for the request. The restaurant manager told me at that moment that the delivery man tried to make the delivery and could not contact me at the reception of the building, and we have a token where simply writing my first and last name, it is possible to notify me of the arrival of any order and ALL the other ifood restaurants I've ordered have been able to contact me. Also, I was not attempted to contact me by phone through iFood or notified in the app, options that iFood deliverers and restaurants have to notify of arrival.
BUT THE WORST WAS: After I made sure that I didn't receive the order, I asked the restaurant manager on the phone to cancel the order on iFood, thus returning the money I paid for the meal I waited all afternoon and didn't arrive. He assured me that he would cancel and return the money and when I went to check the application today I saw that it was declared as delivered at 20:30, and I left the building at 19 hours and did not come back.
Amazing the lack of character and neglect of the experience of who could use the restaurant service more often, but now it has become just a detractor.

Minha única experiência até pouco tempo atrás era um yakisoba de legumes que deixou a desejar, e frente a sentimentos mistos de amigos sobre o local, nunca voltei. Recentemente resolvi dar uma chance ao combinado vegano, e me decepcionei: além de não ser nada saboroso e o shimeji estar borrachudo, colocaram kani no sushi que me foi servido. Para quem não sabe (e imagino que o Nagarê não saiba), kani tem caranguejo ou, ao menos, massa de peixe. Nem vegano, nem vegetariano. Tirei e comi o resto, mas não deixa de ser incômodo.
It serves as a Japanese restaurant, but only as a medium-sized option. My only experience until recently was a vegetable yakisoba that left something to be desired, and faced with mixed feelings of friends about the place, I never came back. I recently decided to give the vegan combo a try, and I was disappointed: besides not being tasty at all and the shimeji being sour, they put kani on the sushi that was served to me. For those who do not know (and I imagine Nagarê does not know), kani has crab or, at least, fish pasta. Neither vegan nor vegetarian. I took it out and ate the rest, but it's still annoying.
