★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, fiquei extremamente decepcionado com tudo, comprei um notebook avista, me oferecem pacote office, comprei e depois me fizeram esperar mais 1h30 pra eu chegar em casa e ser um tal de libre office sendo que me cobraram 99,00 reais pra por algo que é gratuito na internet, pra melhorar notebook deu problema, uma ruiva escr*ta não sabe resolver p**ra nenhuma e ainda disse que a tela estava com problema e que o problema era meu se a tela tivesse problema sendo que era só uma imagem de fundo do windows que tinha casas com o céu azul e ela falando que o azul era a tela que estava vazada, por fim mandou meu notebook pra analise pra um id*ota fazer nada e ainda dizer que estava tudo certo, que não tinha problema nenhum, eu não quis mais o produto defeituoso e tive que comprar outro notebook 1.400,00 reais mais caro mas tive que dar por que eu estava precisando e a loja não dava reembolso, coloquei meu email no novo e quando vou ver o desgraç*do teve o descaro de mexer no meu e-mail, colocar trocar minhas informações e colocar a foto de outra pessoa, minha conta da Netflix, Disney+ que estavam logadas no notebook que foi pra assistência foi apagado tudo do meu histórico, todos os perfis que estavam lá da minha família foram apagadas e ainda colocou um só um perfil com um nome provavelmente pessoal, por fim, depois de ter comprado meu pacote office original na loja da segunda vez, não me deram chave de acesso, disseram que só o cara da assistência poderia informar e que ligariam pra mim pra levar o notebook pra ele, sendo que eu paguei o pacote office e nao me ligaram até hoje, está completando 1 mês e nada.
Terrible, I was extremely disappointed with everything, I bought a notebook, they offered me an office package, I bought it and then they made me wait another 1h30 for me to get home and be a free office, and they charged me 99.00 reais for something that it's free on the internet, to improve the notebook there was a problem, a redhead writing doesn't know how to solve it at all and even said that the screen had a problem and that it was my problem if the screen had a problem since it was just an image windows background that had houses with blue sky and she saying that the blue was the screen that was leaked, finally she sent my notebook to be analyzed for an idiot to do nothing and still say that everything was ok, that there was no problem none, I didn't want the defective product anymore and I had to buy another notebook 1,400.00 reais more expensive but I had to give it because I needed it and the store didn't give refunds, I put my email in the new one and when I'm going to see the disgrace had the nerve to go through my email, col I could change my information and put someone else's photo, my Netflix account, Disney+ that were logged into the notebook that went to assistance, everything in my history was deleted, all the profiles that were there from my family were deleted and even one was added. a profile with a probably personal name, finally, after having bought my original office package at the store the second time, they didn't give me an access key, they said that only the support guy could inform and that they would call me to take the notebook for him, since I paid for the office package and they haven't called me until today, it's been 1 month and nothing.
