★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há uns 20 anos atrás, o atendimento, variedade, era de excelência... havia pessoas que se propunham dentro da própria loja, no balcão, revisar algum problema do Micro ou not e quando o produto comprado na Loja, depois de um tempo, tivesse apresentado algum problema, defeito, este, era acolhido, e aguardávamos o parecer técnico em casa. O técnico nos ligava e explicava o problema perguntando se gostaríamos que a loja prosseguisse com o reparo... saudades desse tempo, hoje ao atendimento não tem o mesmo calor da aproximação quase familiar que tínhamos antes...eu vivia na loja, conhecida e bem acolhida pelos vendedores etc...
E ainda tínhamos brindes como forma de reconhecimento pela fidelidade, principalmente no Natal...
Mas mesmo com a perda de alguns quesitos como esse atendimento,
Os produtos são de ótima qualidade RECOMENDO, ...
About 20 years ago, the service, variety, was excellent... there were people who proposed inside the store itself, at the counter, to review any Micro or not problem and when the product purchased at the Store, after a while, had presented any problem, defect, this one, was accepted, and we awaited the technical opinion at home. The technician would call us and explain the problem, asking if we would like the store to proceed with the repair... I miss that time, today the service does not have the same warmth of the almost familiar approach we had before... I used to live in the store, known and welcomed by sellers etc...
And we even had freebies as a form of recognition for loyalty, especially at Christmas...
But even with the loss of some items such as this service,
The products are of excellent quality I RECOMMEND, ...
