★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior salão de Alphaville. Pior atendimento que já tive. Tem uma moça na recepção chamada Mari q é mal educada, grossa mesmo e trata mal os clientes. O espaço é horroroso, desconfortável e sempre falta material básico como spray de unha. Não recomendo a ninguém
Alphaville's worst salon. Worst service I've ever had. There is a girl at the reception named Mari, who is rude, rude and treats customers badly. The space is horrible, uncomfortable and there is always a lack of basic material like nail spray. I don't recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento há quase 14 anos. Faço a mão pé semanalmente e depilação e sobrancelha quinzenalmente, trabalho muito bem feito! Muita pontualidade e excelente atendimento. Recomendo muito este lugar!
I've been going for almost 14 years. I do my hand foot weekly and waxing and eyebrows fortnightly, job very well done! Very punctual and excellent service. I highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço alongamento com manutenção quinzenal, estou estranhando essa senhora, desigual das outras querer reclamar de um excelente atendimento da minha querida Mariane, olha Ellen, pelas fotos da impressão que você fez alongamento e levou meses pra trocar, aí agora quer culpar as profissionais... além da manutenção da fibra, tem que lavar suas unhas em baixo com escovinha viu fofa....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa sempre que ia a esse salão chegava nervosa por conta do mal atendimento. Eu sempre disse para ela trocar pois não compensa frequentar um lugar assim mas ela gostava de uma das manicures. Até que um dia ela foi destratada pela atendente/ gerente que fica na recepção que pelos comentários aqui parece q tem o hábito de fazer isso,. Então minha esposa parou de ir. O pior é ver os proprietários inventando desculpas furadas nas respostas aos clientes aqui. Se não têm respeito pelos clientes, deveriam ter pelo menos mais cuidado com o próprio negócio e não colocar uma moça tosca e despreparada para lidar com o público. Lixo de lugar!
My wife, whenever I went to this salon, arrived nervous because of the poor service. I always told her to change it because it doesn't pay to go to a place like that but she liked one of the manicures. Until one day she was abused by the attendant / manager who is at the reception who, from the comments here, seems to have the habit of doing this. So my wife stopped going. The worst thing is to see the owners making up flawed excuses in the responses to customers here. If they don't have respect for their customers, they should at least be more careful with their own business and not put a rough and unprepared girl to deal with the public. Place trash!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui ao Nail Center Spa, gosto muito do atendimento, trabalho das manicures, pedicures, cabeleireira etc. Porém, da última vez em que estive aí, ( 09/02/2022) fiz escova e um hidratação, não gostei, a moça fez uma escova, aliás, não considero como escova, apenas secou meu cabelo, não mostrou o cabelo finalizado, deixou-me de costas para o espelho o tempo todo, quando achei que ela ia realizar a escova, disse q já havia terminado, o que ela fez, eu faço na minha casa. Infelizmente, esse dia não foi o que eu esperava. A manicure gostei.

Unfortunately, that day was not what I expected. I liked the manicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço gel a 7 anos e nunca me aconteceu isso. Fiz minha manutenção não faz nem 15 dias e minhas unhas estavam infiltradas. Péssimo a rendimento da gerente Mariane, sem classe, sem disposição para resolver o problema, arrogante. Nunca fui tão mau atendida em toda minha vida. Não sei como os donos desse lugar tem a coragem de deixar uma pessoa tão mau capacitado na gestão. Foi arrogante, prepotente, gritou e me constrangeu na frente de todos, ao invés de tentar resolver a situação, ainda me chamou de mentirosa.
O famoso barato que sai caro. Corram desse lugar!
I've been doing gel for 7 years and this has never happened to me. I did my maintenance not even 15 days ago and my nails were infiltrated. Terrible for manager Mariane's performance, classless, unwilling to solve the problem, arrogant. I've never been so poorly served in my life. I don't know how the owners of this place have the courage to leave such a poorly trained person in management. He was arrogant, arrogant, yelled and embarrassed me in front of everyone, instead of trying to resolve the situation, he even called me a liar.
