Me interessei por uma casa, e estava esperando a disponibilidade da chave para fazer a visita, fui ver a casa com meu marido alegaram que poderíamos ir ver pois estava sendo pintada fomos lá e não tinha ninguém, gastamos dinheiro de Uber para ver essa casa. Realmente estávamos interessados na casa. Pedia sempre informações para ver se estava com a chave disponível, inclusive por whatsapp onde não fui respondida na última vez que enviei. E simplesmente passaram uma pessoa na nossa frente, sendo que estávamos esperando ela a dias. Estou decepcionada totalmente. Eu realmente tinha interesse na casa. E tenho toda a documentação. A outra pessoa nem viu a casa e deu documentação e foi passada na nossa frente. Meu tempo e de meu marido é valioso. Estamos muito tristes com essa falta de compromisso e responsabilidade dessa empresa. Nunca mais iremos fazer negócios com ela. Não vale a pena. Obrigada
Terrible Real Estate with a lot of lack of responsibility with customers. I was interested in a house, and was waiting for the key to be available to make the visit, I went to see the house with my husband they claimed that we could go see it because it was being painted we went there and there was no one, we spent Uber money to see this house. We were really interested in the house. I always asked for information to see if I had the key available, including via whatsapp where I was not answered the last time I sent it. And they simply passed a person in front of us, since we had been waiting for them for days. I'm totally disappointed. I was really interested in the house. And I have all the documentation. The other person did not even see the house and gave documentation and was passed in front of us. My time and that of my husband is valuable. We are very saddened by this lack of commitment and responsibility by this company. We will never do business with her again. Not worth it. Thanks
