★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 1 sandália em couro em 21 de Março de 2020. Com a Pandemia, a sandália ficou devidamente guardada , com todos os cuidados devido ao fique em casa( lockdow).
Agora no início do mês, tive a oportunidade de usar em uma festa. Quando voltei e tirei do pé, fiquei assustada. Meus dedos ficaram pretos manchados. Tive muita dificuldade de tirar, tive que inclusive retirar todo o esmalte das unhas.
Olhei por dentro , o couro estava se desfazendo, sem nunca ter sido usada. Entrei em contato com a loja e para minha decepção , me informaram que o calçado só tem 3 meses de garantia para troca. Fiquei decepcionada. Confiei na marca Nanni Scarpe , comprei online e fiquei com o prejuízo. São calçados de péssima qualidade e a marca não assume.

I bought 1 leather sandal on March 21, 2020. With the Pandemic, the sandal was properly stored, with all the care due to stay at home (lockdow).
Now at the beginning of the month, I had the opportunity to use it at a party. When I came back and took it off my feet, I was scared. My fingers turned smudged black. It was very difficult to remove, I even had to remove all the nail polish.
I looked inside, the leather was falling apart, never been used. I contacted the store and to my disappointment, they informed me that the shoes only have a 3 month warranty for exchange. I was disappointed. I trusted the Nanni Scarpe brand, I bought it online and got the loss. They are poor quality shoes and the brand does not assume.
