★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fiz uma micropigmentação no salão que não pegou, fui falar para remarcar para poder refazer o trabalho por que a sobrancelha ficou falhada e a dona quis me cobrar pelo retoque sendo que o direito do consumidor é: Receber do prestador de serviço aquilo que ele prometeu, caso não fique de acordo, pelo certo, é, refazer o serviço sem cobrar pois o cliente que já foi prejudicado, já pagou por um serviço que ele NÃO recebeu como esperado. Tanto que nos cursos de micropigmentação ensina que não se deve cobrar por retoque nenhum, e isto tbm inclui o direito do consumidor. Detalhe: Eu ja tinha feito uma micropigmentação que esta a 2 anos aqui e só foi precisar de retoque agora, por isto, procurei a Positive Hair. Não se enganem, fica bonito no dia que ainda está com o produto após isso desbota tudo em pouquíssimo tempo, e, após isto, você terá que pagar novamente pelo serviço que não pegou. #NãoIndicoPositiveHair #ClientePrejudicadoNãoSeDeveCalar
