★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomem cuidado qd efetuar uma compra. Adquiri uma cama e pedi para "guardar", afinal estava paga e qd fui buscar liguei para saber se estava ok e qd chego lá VENDERAM a cama que eu paguei. Sem falar que os vendedores de lá são mentirosos e enrrolões. Se comprar lá só troca lá... Muito injusto e preços superfaturados

Not to mention that the salesmen there are liars and bullies. If you buy there you only exchange there ... Very unfair and overpriced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Tudo devido o despreparo de um gerente. Fui hj efetuar a troca ajudando uma pessoa idosa que não pode se locomover no momento. Só por ter comprado em outra loja, o gerente RAMON não efetuou a troca. Certeza que se fosse a sua genitora ou alguém de sua família isso seria resolvido. Então a loja não está do lado do cliente, e uma cliente a menos com certeza..
Bad experience. All due to the unpreparedness of a manager. I was hj effecting the exchange helping an elderly person who cannot move at the moment. Just because he bought from another store, the RAMON manager did not make the exchange. Certainly if it were your mother or someone in your family it would be resolved. So the store is not on the customer side, and one less customer for sure.
