 Bad service already on the phone, the attendant was talking to another person while I was trying to schedule an exam. I gave up on the spot, lack of education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, excelente médica, mas não adianta nada pela falta de carinho e amor com paciente. Minha filha tem um ano fui ao consultório com 3 crianças a mais nova caiu bateu a cabeça e começou a chorar o que incomodou a médica. Que não perguntou se estava tudo bem. Resumindo médico bom é quem entende que somos humanos. Falta de ética não recomendo.
Terrible, excellent doctor, but it doesn't help because of the lack of affection and love with the patient. My daughter has a year I went to the office with 3 children the youngest fell hit her head and started to cry which bothered the doctor. Who didn't ask if everything was okay. In short, a good doctor is someone who understands that we are human. Lack of ethics do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da recepção, tinha horário marcado 8:15h para fazer uma naso, a médica chegou atrasada, passou 2 pacientes na minha frente e um deles estava marcado 8:30h. Isso pq eu ja tinha avisado q precisava sair no máximo 8:45h, segundo elas o exame demorava 5min. Acabei saindo 8:50h sem fazer o procedimento e sem elas resolverem o problema, total indiferença...
Terrible reception service, I had an appointment at 8:15 am to do a naso, the doctor arrived late, passed 2 patients in front of me and one of them was scheduled at 8:30 am. That's because I had already warned that I needed to leave at most 8:45h, according to them, the exam took 5min. I ended up leaving at 8:50 am without doing the procedure and without them solving the problem, total indifference...
