Sr. Paulo Santos, frequento o Nativo,solicito quentinha. E sempre fui bem atendida. Erros e confusão "quem nunca as cometeu, que atire a 1a pedra". A questão é como se resolve... sem se colocar em posições superiores. "Gentileza gera Gentileza"
E mais, uma postura que o Nativo tem é Gentileza, coisa raríssimo em outros restaurantes . Pois, eles facilitam e muito. Além de uma excelente comida e quentinha farta.
Minha avaliação com respeito e verdade:
Excelente benefícios, comida saborosa e preço excelente. Além da qualidade uma comida com sabor caseiro e muita variadade de pratos. Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido do almoço, delivery, veio a opçao deles e nao a que eu pedi! Quando reclamei que quase nada do que pedi nao havia vindo, fakaram que so tomaram conhecimento que nao tinha naquele.momento! Que grande gafe ne!!!? Sem falar que foi desonesto, vender o que eu nao pedi! Quando abri o almoço ja era tarde! Ja havia efetuado o pagamento!

I ordered lunch, delivery, they came with the option and not the one I ordered! When I complained that almost nothing I asked for had not come, they said they only learned that I did not have it at that time! What a great gaffe ne !!!? Not to mention it was dishonest, selling what I didn't order! When I opened lunch it was already late! I had already made the payment!
