★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito lento. Enfermeiras gentis, contudo as médicas noto que são senhoras de idade (o que é louvável trabalhar mesmo em idade avançada) contudo prejudica muito o atendimento. Hoje foram 3 horas para atender 3 crianças. A administração do hospital precisa ter ciência disso.
 Very slow service. Kind nurses, however the doctors I notice that they are old ladies (which is commendable to work even at an advanced age) however it greatly impairs the service. Today it took 3 hours to serve 3 children. Hospital administration needs to be aware of this.

Os enfermeiros e atendentes excelente,deveriam deixar eles no lugar dessa médica.
A médica simplesmente atendeu minha filha 500 metros de distância ,não solicitação nenhum exame a criança passou a noite inteira com febre alta apenas no soro ,nem a garganta da criança olhou,total absurdo.
Nota zero para esse hospital,sem esquecer da demora que é para atender as crianças..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha impressão é que temos que implorar para ser atendido, implorar para pedir exames, implorar para receber os exames, implorar para mostrar os exames.
Atendimento desde a recepção até alguns enfermeiros e péssima, pessoas mau educadas sem empatia alguma com as crianças e com os pais, muito demora no atendimento, cheguei as 17 horas e sai as 23 horas.
Tem alguns médicos que precisam se aposentar, não da mais pra ficar de plantão a noite toda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já Tive boas experiências, mas essa última, meu Deus, colocaram para fazer as fichas na recepção, pessoas sem treinamento e nenhuma aptidão, o que levou a mesma a pedir 3 guias para o mesmo atendimento, pois ela não conseguia concluir o atendimento, é a que sabia fazer, não orientava, total falta de profissionalismo é organização.
Quando colocarem alguém para atender o público, que treine antes, para evitar essas dores de cabeça.
Ainda mais no setor pediátrico.

Cheguei às 23:15 só consegui sair de 7 hrs da manhã , minha filha tomou apenas soro .
Fazem um exame mas não mostram nem dizem o resultado,parece q ninguém tá sabendo oq faz ali. A médica demora de 4 a 5 horas pra reavaliar,.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não é urgência pediátrica, acabo de sair desta urgência infantil porque não fazem os exames de COVID e chikungunya, meu filho saiu praticamente sem atendimento porque até o hemograma solicitado pela médica não consegui fazer porque a pessoa do laboratório estava almoçando. Sai apenas com a guia que a médica fez questão de esquecer de solicitar o exame de chikungunya e mesmo o exame de dengue as recepcionistas fizeram a autorização errada e o laboratório não conseguiu realizar porque precisa aguardar autorização da Unimed. Um péssimo atendimento e não tem os exames necessários para ser considerado urgência. Erro por cima de erro. Até a guia ficou pedida na recepção sem acharem
