★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, deixam um telefone que não funciona, quando cai a internet ficamos sem suporte... Atendimento é péssimo sem contar que não chega a velocidade que eles vendem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet de fibra ótica péssima, sinal instável em várias partes do dia, durante a noite e fins de semana some e só volta de manhã, moro em união de vila nova (pantanal), e pra mim foi perda de tempo e dinheiro. Não adianta entregar 10mbps de velocidade se a disponibilidade do serviço é péssima. Não recomendo!
Bad fiber optic Internet, unstable signal in various parts of the day, during the night and weekends it disappears and only returns in the morning, I live in União de Vila Nova (Pantanal), and for me it was a waste of time and money. There is no point in delivering 10mbps of speed if the availability of the service is terrible. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet de péssima qualidade, os atendentes são sem educação batem boca com o cliente, se acham no direito de falar um monte de desaforos, tratam o cliente como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Não recomendo, me arrependi.
Poor quality internet, the attendants are uneducated, they talk to the client, they feel entitled to speak a lot of insults, they treat the client as if they were doing them a favor. I don't recommend it, I regretted it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, quando a Internet funciona tudo bem, mas quando não funciona não temos suporte, se tiver outra opção de Internet contrate por que essa não vale a pena não.

Eles mandam menos do que é contratado, a internet cai o dia todo e o atendimento é péssimo!! Já estou a 7 dias sem internet, solicitei com outra empresa e não consigo cancelar pois eles não respondem! Já estou com tudo pronto p/ ir no Procon. Empresa péssima!!!!!

Quero trocar de usuário e senha a empresa proibi o consumir.
É uma eternidade para responder uma simples mensagens, fora o técnico que diz estar a caminho, mas sempre tem um imprevisto e deixa o consumidor sem internet, a única coisa que funciona rápido mesmo, é o dia para enviar o boleto, e fora os dias que deviam ser descontados por não ter internet eles mandam o valor inteiro.
O atendente disse que a internet é tão boa e maravilhosa que sempre cai, não pode conectar mais de 2 dispositivos, se não a internet fica lenta 15 mega em. Muito maravilhosa que só tem reclamações.
