★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As casas são velhas, algumas mal conservadas, o serviço de manutenção do mato e pago pelo morador mesmo já pagando uma taxa descontada em folha.
A coleta de lixo é muito boa.
As ruas cada dia mais esburacadas.
As vezes entra bicho é insetos nas casas, como aranhas, escorpiões e baratas.
