★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio e de porte médio e parece ser muito tranquilo, bem conservado e limpo apesar de não ser de construção recente. Vi moradores fazendo cooper e o serviço de portaria funciona bem. Mas alguns blocos estão mais bem cuidados que outros, acho que talvez a manutenção dependa do empenho de cada um.
The condo is medium in size and appears to be very quiet, well maintained and clean despite not being of recent construction. I saw residents jogging and the concierge service works well. But some blocks are better taken care of than others, I think that maybe the maintenance depends on the effort of each one.
