★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Troller que deu um defeito na direção hidráulica que consistia em perder dirigibilidade de uma hora para outra o que é iniciada com uma terrível vibração.
Tive que me dirigir à consesseonaria por 3 x apesar de eu ter explicado desde a trimeira vez que o problema era da caixa de direção. Eles me mandavam embora dizendo que o carro não tinha defeito. E de novo por diversas vezes. Tive a perda de controlo da direção que por pouco não provocou capotamento.
A novela rendeu 3 meses de oficina. E muitos sustos.
Em uma destas estadias, sairam com meu carro para " testar" gastaram meio tanque e me informaram que o defeito não existia.
Uma coisa que poderia ser resolvida facilmente transformaram em uma novela.
Logo depois vendi o Troller por não confiar mais na marca.

I had to go to consesseonaria for 3 x even though I explained since the third time that the problem was with the headset. They sent me away saying that the car was not defective. And again and again. I had a loss of control of the steering that almost did not cause a rollover.
The soap opera yielded a 3-month workshop. And many scares.
In one of these stays, they went out with my car to "test" they spent half a tank and informed me that the defect did not exist.
One thing that could be resolved easily turned into a soap opera.
Soon after I sold the Troller because I no longer trust the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na Navesa Ford Nações Unidas no dia 28/09/21 pois a Ford Caoa na Avenida João Dias infelizmente havia fechado. As duas lanternas de freio do meu carro não estavam funcionando e aparentemente estavam queimadas. Cheguei no horário agendado e após análise a primeira surpresa: para trocar as lanternas que custam 12,50 cada seria necessário o pagamento da mão de obra de 2 x 60,00 pela mão de obra (isso mesmo 60 + 12,50 cada lanterna) aprovei o orçamento e mim minutos depois o "consultor" informou que minha bateria (comprei o carro zero, menos de 3 anos de uso e nunca havia apresentado nenhum defeito) mesmo sem eu pedir havia sido analisada e estava prestes a parar de funcionar e que eu deveria trocá-la. Informei que não faria a troca pois custava mais de 500 reais uma bateria trocada com eles e que eu nunca havia tido problema e que trocaria a bateria na próxima revisão. Paguei apenas pelo assalto da troca das lanternas e fui trabalhar. No dia seguinte ao tentar ligar meu carro tive a surpresa de ele não ligar de jeito nenhum e isso nunca havia acontecido antes. Acionei o seguro que ao chegar e analisar me informou que a minha bateria estava ruim mas que aquela bateria provavelmente não era a bateria original do meu carro. Com isso fui obrigado a trocar a bateria, paguei 320 reais e meu carro voltou a funcionar. Com base nisso eu aconselho CORRAM DESSE LUGAR POIS E GOLPE NA CERTA!!! Paguei um preço abusivo por duas lanternas de freio e de quebra fui obrigado a trocar a bateria do meu carro com menos den3 anos de uso. CORRAM!!!
I was at Navesa Ford Nações Unidas on 28/09/21 because the Ford Caoa on Avenida João Dias unfortunately had closed. Both of my car's brake lights weren't working and were apparently burned out. I arrived at the scheduled time and after analyzing the first surprise: to change the lanterns, which cost 12.50 each, it would be necessary to pay 2 x 60.00 for the labor (that's right, 60 + 12.50 each lantern) I approved the budget and minutes later the "consultant" informed me that my battery (I bought the zero car, less than 3 years of use and had never shown any defect) even without my asking, it had been analyzed and was about to stop working and that I should change it. I informed that I would not do the exchange because it cost more than 500 reais to exchange a battery with them and that I had never had a problem and that I would change the battery in the next revision. I just paid for the flashlight exchange robbery and went to work. The next day when trying to start my car I was surprised that it didn't start at all and that had never happened before. I activated the insurance that upon arriving and analyzing it informed me that my battery was bad but that that battery was probably not the original battery in my car. With that I was forced to change the battery, I paid 320 reais and my car started working again. Based on this I advise you RUN FROM THIS PLACE THEREFORE AND HIT THE RIGHT ONE!!! I paid an abusive price for two brake lights and was forced to change the battery in my car with less than den3 years of use. RUN!!!
