★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, o apartamento que aluguel parecia abandonado há anos, nem tampa nos vasos sanitários tinha. Todo o sistema hidráulico entupido. Registros não funcionavam. O atendimento na imobiliária, com excessão da corretora Fernanda, muito prestativa, os demais não passavam informações completas. Para conseguir fechar o contrato tive que entrar em contato direto com a proprietária. Preferi pagar a multa após dois meses morando no apartamento do que continuar passando raiva. A imobiliária não se propôs a resolver nada. Essa imobiliária nunca mais.
Ps. Dei uma estrela porque não dá pra colocar zero.
Badly, the apartment I rent looked abandoned for years, it didn't even have a lid on the toilets. Entire hydraulic system clogged. Records didn't work. The service at the real estate agency, with the exception of the broker Fernanda, who was very helpful, the others did not provide complete information. In order to close the contract I had to get in direct contact with the owner. I preferred to pay the fine after two months of living in the apartment than continue to be angry. The real estate agency did not propose to solve anything. That real estate agency never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento quando vc vai alugar e bom mais quando vc vai devolver o imóvel meu Deus vc parece um bandido de tão mau que tratam vc parece que vc está devendo pra eles , e fazem vc gastar o que tem e o que não tem para devolver o imóvel , não indico não caiam nesta enroscada
The Customer Service when you are going to rent is good but when you are going to return the property my God you look like a bad guy they treat you like you owe them, and they make you spend what you have and what you don't have to return the immobile , I do not recommend do not fall into this tangle

Vistoria aprovou entrada com vazamento na pia, estou no imóvel há 4 meses, e nos 4 meses brigando com a imobiliária e proprietária para tomarem uma providência e nada foi resolvido. Procurem locar em outra Imobiliária, porque vocês vão ter muitos problemas com a NBI.
Bad experience. Worst real estate. Inspection approved entry with leak in the sink, I've been in the property for 4 months, and in the 4 months I've been fighting with the real estate and owner to take action and nothing has been resolved. Try to rent in another Real Estate company, because you will have a lot of problems with the NBI.

Alerto para que outras pessoas não passem o mesmo que eu e fujam dessa situação.

Agendamos horário com o corretor Luiz, até então tudo ok super "atencioso", ele disse que iria mandar o endereço no dia da visita, chegou no dia e no horário marcado ele nem se quer me mandou uma mensagem, não respondeu as mensagens enviadas no dia interior, nunca me respondeu, nunca mandou o endereço, simplesmente me deixou a ver navios. Ligamos na imobiliária e a atendente disse que ele tinha acabado de chegar (detalhe isso era 30 minutos depois do horário agendado pra estar lá na casa) e que ele retornaria NUNCA ME DERAM UM RETORNO.
Péssimo atendimento, só dei uma estrela pq não posso dar zero
Terrible! We scheduled an appointment with the broker Luiz, until then everything was ok, super "attentive", he said he would send the address on the day of the visit, he arrived on the day and at the scheduled time he didn't even send me a message, he didn't answer the messages sent on the interior day, he never answered me, he never sent the address, he simply let me look at ships. We called the real estate office and the attendant said he had just arrived (detail this was 30 minutes after the scheduled time to be there at the house) and that he would return THEY NEVER GAVE ME A RETURN.
Terrible service, I only gave one star because I can't give zero

Estou em uma verdadeira guerra com essa imobiliária, pra fazer a entrega do salão alugado.jaz faz 2 meses que estou tentando sair e não consigo, sempre acham uma coisa nova pra ser feito e mesmo sendo honesto e realizando todas as exigências e ainda pagando salao fechado nao estou conseguindo realizar, fui paciente e fiz todas as exigências ontem quando fui fazer entregas das chaves simplesmente colocaram que não pintei a frente do salão, sendo que esta pintado vistoriado mas segundo eles o dono não gostou da pintura, e aí eu faço oq? Pediram pra mim pintar uma textura de cristal com tinta comum mesmo so por causa da faxada que marcou, eu pintei gastei 2 latas de tintas, tenho fotos do serviço e vídeo sendo realizados mas ainda querem que eu pago uma nova pintura,colocaram tbm que n tem cadeado na porta sendo que fui eu que coloquei, só esse mes gastei mais de 7.000 reais pra devolver o salão e mesmo assim n estou conseguindo. Infelizmente vou ter que procurar meus direitos pois fiz todas exigencias, nunca atrasei aluguel, água luz tudo pago, manutenção do salao toda feita, todos que falo estão indignados com a falta humanidade que essa imobiliária está nos tratando.queria que tivesse a opção de postar fotos pra vocês verem o meu contrato de entrega das chaves e o salão pintado pra vocês ficarem de boca, mas vou fazer tbm no meu face pra vocês verem q n estou mentindo

They asked me to paint a crystal texture with ordinary paint, just because of the faxing it marked, I painted it I spent 2 cans of paint, I have photos of the service and video being carried out but they still want me to pay for a new painting, they also put it There is a padlock on the door and I put it on, this month alone I spent more than 7,000 reais to return the salon and still I am not getting it. Unfortunately I'm going to have to look for my rights because I made all the demands, I never delayed rent, water and electricity all paid for, maintenance of the salon all done, everyone I talk to is outraged at the lack of humanity that this real estate company is treating us. photos for you to see my key delivery contract and the painted salon for you to be amazed, but I will also do it on my face so you can see that I'm not lying
