★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é ótimo,mas o síndico, apesar de honesto)(que não faz mais do que obrigação,), se julga o dono de todo.um edifício, colocando ,correntes numa calçada existente no condomínio,evitando criar vagas para visitantes.
Fez uma portaria horrorosa sem consultar condôminos.

He made a horrible ordinance without consulting tenants.
