About Neo Química Arena
Maio de 2014 foi mais uma data histórica para o Sport Club Corinthians Paulista. No dia 10 daquele mês, a Fiel podia, enfim, chamar um lugar de casa: a Neo Química Arena era inaugurada com a realização de um jogo marcante: Corinthians x Corinthians, com a participação de mais de 100 ex-jogadores do Timão.
Mas a história da Neo Química Arena começou, de fato, no dia 1º de setembro de 2010, quando a construção do tão sonhado estádio alvinegro foi confirmada na festa do centenário do clube no Vale do Anhangabaú, para cerca de 150 mil pessoas.
Já o pontapé inicial da obra foi dado às 8h14 do dia 30 de maio de 2011, quando foram ligadas as primeiras máquinas na obra da Neo Química Arena, para o trabalho de terraplanagem, quando tudo não passava de um grande terreno de 197 mil m², no bairro de Itaquera, na Zona Leste de São Paulo.
Depois, o estádio foi confirmado como a sede de abertura da Copa do Mundo FIFA Brasil 2014.
As obras prosseguiram até 2014, quando foram realizados os eventos-teste para a maior competição do futebol mundial.
De lá para cá, a Neo Química Arena virou ponto turístico de São Paulo, dando uma projeção inédita ao bairro de Itaquera. E, mais do que tudo, a casa da Fiel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. We went and saw Corinthians x Avai in November 2017. Parked near the mall and metro station. Parking was R$60, which was a little expensive in my opinion, but the parking lot was secure, so I guess it was worth it. It was still a decent walk to the stadium. Stadium was beautiful. Sat in the upper level, and the view was great, but expect to stand for the whole game. Fans sang and cheered for all 90 minutes. It can be difficult to get tickets if you're not/don't know a Brazilian. Overall a great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly cool stadium. It was built for the world cup so it was a cat 5 status. Not only the facilities are comfortable and has lots of amenities, but the access and departure is painless and simple. Everything is super safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent modern venue to take in a game. I felt like I was at an EPL stadium, with a more electric atmosphere. This was probably because it was Brazil v. Peru but have heard Corinthians games get pretty wild too. Definitely catch a game here if you like soccer or really cool new stadiums.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MAN WAS THE MOST AMAZING DAY OF MY LIFE !!! Man was fantastic, it was a dream come true. That day my eyes shone with emotion, being able to see the Gaviões da Fiel fans in person was the most beautiful thing! when Corinthians scored an entire arena goal he celebrated, it was an unforgettable day .. The most incredible thing of all is Gaviões singing all the time, no matter if we lose or win being Corinthians is in the blood and regardless of everything I will be Corinthians until the end.
That place is magnificent, I have no words to describe it, Arena Corinthians is a true paradise. Being Corinthians really is an incredible feeling ... I love you Corinthians ♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We being two Americans, were unable to buy tickets to last nights game after many many attempts (No CPF). We took the long journey to the stadium in hopes of buying high end tickets there from the stadium. We made it through 3 sets of boundaries before we were blessed to meet Elena at the entrance to the Fielzone area. She spoke solid English and was VERY VERY personable and helpful. We were able to purchase our tickets and had a great experience. Elena even went to find us later that night and check on us. Such a great experience by all that we met at the stadium. Great work!
