★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma escacez de pessoas para atender, fui tirar uma dúvida sobre um segundo padrão de energia para colocar na minha casa e fui muito mal atendido! Acho uma falta de respeito com o consumidor não ter um engenheiro da Elektro para dar uma informação! Uma empresa tão rica dessa ficar mendigando funcionários, vergonhoso! Vcs só estão aí ainda pq não temos outra opção pq se tivesse com certeza trocaria de fornecedor!
A shortage of people to attend, I went to ask a question about a second energy standard to put in my house and I was very poorly attended! I think it is a lack of respect for the consumer not to have an Elektro engineer to provide information! Such a rich company would be begging employees, shameful! You are only there yet because we have no other option because if you were sure you would switch suppliers!

I was extremely poorly attended, the worst of it is that I was esculachado in front of all the other people who were, I cannot describe the shame I went through.
