Dr Hugo Leonardo e a anestesista foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Gostei muito. Ambiente muito limpo e organizado também.
Excellent clinic, pleasant atmosphere and absolutely everyone is extremely friendly, polite and helpful. They leave you super comfortable and the will for the accomplishment of the examination. Dr Hugo Leonardo and the anesthesiologist were very attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed it. Very clean and organized atmosphere too.

Eles não conseguem atender a demanda. Ligamos pedimos umas informação chegam a mentir dizendo que nos telefonaram mas nunca retorna com a resposta. A pessoa responsável pelos internamentos é extremamente incompetente, descaso total com o paciente. Não retorna uma ligação,não responde um WhatsApp , nada.
Deixo aqui a minha extrema insatisfação.
Quando procurei outro profissional para fazer minha cirurgia, porém tudo já estava aprovado com a equipe de Dr josembergue. Não faziam o cancelamento para eu mudar a equipe de médico e internamento. Atrasou a minha cirurgia em 3 semanas.
Dra Lyz essa sim, não recomendo pra ng.
Soberba e falta de humildade.
Recusou a operar um paciente indetectavel, com cd 3 e cd 4 controlada.
Mas pra isso temos CREMEPE para RESOLVER.
Worst experience I could have with a renowned clinic.
They are unable to meet demand. We called, we asked for some information to lie saying that they called us but never returns with the answer. The person responsible for the hospitalizations is extremely incompetent, total neglect with the patient. Does not return a call, does not answer a WhatsApp, nothing.
I leave here my extreme dissatisfaction.
When I looked for another professional to do my surgery, however everything was already approved with the team of Dr josembergue. They did not cancel me to change the medical and inpatient team. My surgery was delayed by 3 weeks.
Dr. Lyz this yes, I do not recommend to ng.
Superb and lack of humility.
He refused to operate an undetectable patient, with cd 3 and cd 4 controlled.
But for that we have CREMEPE to SOLVE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 21/02/2020 fui submetida a uma endoscopia, porém o que me causou espanto e muito desconforto foram as quatro profissionais que iriam aplicar a sedação não terem conseguido encontrar minhas veias. Resultado: estou com três hematomas nos braços por veias que estouraram e a aplicação na mão foi a pior porque hoje, dia 22/02/2020 às 21:17 h ainda continuo com muita dor na mão esquerda e onde o hematoma foi mais grave.Informo que deveriam colocar profissionais competentes, pois um simples hematoma pode se tornar algo muito grave e até trazer riscos para o paciente.
On 02/21/2020 I was submitted to an endoscopy, but what caused me astonishment and a lot of discomfort were the four professionals who were going to apply the sedation, not having been able to find my veins. Result: I have three bruises on my arms through bursting veins and the application on my hand was the worst because today, 02/22/2020 at 9:17 pm I still have a lot of pain in my left hand and where the bruise was more severe. I inform that competent professionals should be placed, as a simple hematoma can become something very serious and even bring risks to the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, estou em pânico. As médicas que fizeram minha endoscopia muito atenciosas e suas assistentes também. Porém na hora de receber o resultado da biópsia foi uma verdadeira loucura, enviaram meu material para um laboratório totalmente despreparado, veio um aviso de estar no Horácio Fittipaldi e na verdade enviaram para o laboratório Ampliar que eu sequer sabia onde estava. Para piorar a situação quando a Neogastro me enviou o resultado da biópsia confuso sugerindo um câncer sem ter a menor certeza. Fui lá no Ampliar e retirei o material a força ameaçando ir com a polícia lá. Espero por todos os Santos e Anjos que estejam errados, mas a processo virá, caso estejam errados e tenham me feito passar por tamanho sofrimento.
Terrible, I'm in a panic. The doctors who made my endoscopy very attentive and their assistants too. However, at the time of receiving the biopsy result, it was crazy, they sent my material to a laboratory that was totally unprepared, a warning came to be at Horácio Fittipaldi and in fact they sent it to the Ampliar laboratory that I didn't even know where I was. To make matters worse when Neogastro sent me the confused biopsy result suggesting cancer without being even sure. I went there at Ampliar and took the material by force, threatening to go with the police there. I hope for all the Saints and Angels that are wrong, but the process will come, if they are wrong and have put me through such suffering.
