Estou grávida com 33 semanas, estou a mais de 2 horas esperando pra fazer meu exame, a recepcionista passa outras pessoas na frente, não tem controle nenhum de ordem de atendimento. Ainda estou aguardando e faz mais de uma hora que me informaram q haviam 5 pessoas na frente. Já chamaram mais de 4, e ainda tem 5 na minha frente, matemática básica, resultado não bate. Não recomendo, não volto aqui, péssimo. Pior clínica que já fui.
 Terrible attendance. I am pregnant with 33 weeks, I am more than 2 hours waiting to do my exam, the receptionist passes other people up front, has no control of any order of care. I'm still waiting and it's been over an hour since I was informed that there were 5 people in the front. Have already called more than 4, and still have 5 in front of me, basic math, result does not beat. I do not recommend it, I will not go back here, lousy. Worst clinic I've ever been.

Estou gestante e fazendo o pré natal com Dra Lívia, já conhecia de nome, mas sem comparação o atendimento, o cuidado, a preocupação para comigo e meu bebê. Super indico e recomendo a @clinicaneoimagem a todos!!!

Fiquei aguardando ate 13:20.
Passaram pessoas na minha frente.
E o médico Pedro resolveu almoçar sem me atender.
E eu gestante de 31 semanas sem almoçar.
Falta de respeito, exame particular, R$420,00.
Desisti de fazer o exame e fui embora.
Pessimo, exam scheduled for 10:40.
I was waiting until 13:20.
People passed in front of me.
And the doctor Pedro decided to have lunch without attending to me.
And I was a 31-week pregnant woman without lunch.
Lack of respect, private exam, R $ 420.00.
I gave up taking the exam and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa e eu tínhamos consulta agendada há mais de um mês com a médica Lívia Pereira, para que fosse realizado um ultrassom.
No entanto, não conseguimos ser atendidos após mais de 2 horas esperando.
Em que pese atrasos serem normais na rotina dos médicos, passaram em nossa frente pessoas que não estavam no local quando chegamos, e não houve qualquer atenção ou cuidado com minha esposa grávida, ou mesmo com nosso outro filho, no colo.
Sem contar a aglomeração ocorrida pelos atrasos em uma sala de espera pequena, em época de pandemia.
Realmente um serviço de péssima qualidade.
My wife and I had an appointment scheduled for more than a month with the doctor Lívia Pereira, for an ultrasound to be performed.
However, we were unable to be attended after more than 2 hours waiting.
Despite delays being normal in the doctors' routine, people who were not there when we arrived passed us, and there was no attention or care with my pregnant wife, or even with our other son, on my lap.
Not to mention the agglomeration that occurred due to delays in a small waiting room, in a time of pandemic.
Really poor service.

Meu desejo sempre foi o de encontrar uma obstetra que respeitasse minha opinião, que desse abertura para escutar meus medos e desejos. E tudo isso encontrei no antendimento de Dra. Lívia! Uma pessoa que foi abençoada com o dom da obstetrícia, prezando sempre pela empatia e humanização.

Feeling cared for and welcomed is what a pregnant woman most desires. This is how I feel every time I arrive at the clinic, the staff are very polite and provide high quality care.
My desire has always been to find an obstetrician who respects my opinion, who opens up to listen to my fears and desires. And all this I found in Dr. Livia! A person who was blessed with the gift of obstetrics, always cherishing empathy and humanization.
