★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo tempo de espera, em pleno sábado onde quase não há pacientes, levei mais de uma hora só para ser atendido no balcão. Apenas uma atendente que levou mais de 30 min com um paciente. Inadmissível essa demora toda. Apesar da demora, o atendimento tanto por parte da recepcionista como do técnico de coleta foram ótimos. Pelo todo, nota 5, pela demora, nota 0.
Bad waiting time, in the middle of Saturday where there are almost no patients, it took me over an hour just to be served at the counter. Only one attendant who took more than 30 min with one patient. Inadmissible this long delay. Despite the delay, the service from both the receptionist and the collection technician were great.
