I never had any problems and the few I had managed to get quick and easy resolution, through a very good team of attendants willing to solve my problem, I never saw this in other providers, and in others they treat you as an obligation and not as a human being. Congratulations neolink

Hoje estou com o mesmo problema, porem a atentende não conseguiu resolver. estou 2.27 mega. Fiquei 15 minutos na ligaçao ninguem atendeu, agora ja estou novamente com 13 minutos e somente a musiquinha. 2021020713434002539 Talizi 13:58 , atentende fraquissima.Fiquei 21 minutos na segunda ligação. Ja estou com 12 minutos na terceira ligação, ninguem atende. 15: 00 em ponto. Vou desligar, fica aqui minha andignação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, estou há 7 minutos tentando carregar meus vídeos e não tem nenhum sinal de progresso. Os meios de contato se tornaram quase inexistentes desde que eles tiveram problema com o atendimento por WhatsApp e aparentemente deixaram o telefone de contato como algum tipo de objetivo de estética e/ou decorativo: fiquei cinco minutos chamando e ninguém atendeu. Não vejo a hora de finalizar o tempo de contrato pra me livrar desse "treco". Não recomendo nem um pouco; só dei 1 estrela porque não tem como dar menos.
Horrible, I've been trying to load my videos for 7 minutes and there's no sign of progress. The means of contact became almost non-existent since they had problems with the WhatsApp service and apparently left the contact phone as some kind of aesthetic and/or decorative objective: I was calling for five minutes and no one answered. I can't wait to finish the contract time to get rid of this "thing". I don't recommend it at all; I only gave 1 star because there is no way to give less.

Sinal oscila demais, não consigo se quer ligar no telefone que eles colocaram no site.
Se não paga, cortam, se paga não funciona. Não tem sido muito útil.
Estou pensando em trocar de empresa. Deixando a desejar.

Signal fluctuates too much, I can't if you want to call the phone they put on the site.
If you don't pay, they cut it, if you pay it doesn't work. It hasn't been very helpful.
I'm thinking of switching companies. Leaving to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, todos os dias oscila, todos os dias cai, e sempre a mesma coisa, não adianta trocar de roteador, modem, reiniciar, rezar, orar, o negocio é trocar de plano mesmo, pra passar menos nervoso, uma vergonha ter que usar os dados 4g pra assistir um video dentro da minha casa porque a velocidade é melhor do que o wifi.
Horrible, every day it fluctuates, every day it falls, and it's always the same thing, it's no use changing routers, modems, restarting, praying, praying, the thing is to change plans, to be less nervous, a shame to have to use the 4g data to watch a video inside my house because the speed is better than the wifi.
