★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet em si é ótima. Mas o suporte deixa muito a desejar, além de não ter suporte técnico aos fins de semana que geralmente é quando mais precisamos e não temos a quem recorrer após meio dia do sábado.
The internet itself is great. But the support leaves a lot to be desired, in addition to not having tech support on weekends which is usually when we need it most and we have no one to turn to after noon on Saturday.

PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO, PÉSSIMAS ATENDENTES!
(Cliente a quase 02 anos) Quase 04 dias sem acesso a internet. Entrei em contato e disseram que estavam fazendo uma manutenção devido à chuva que caiu no domingo. No final da segunda feira, busquei saber se já tinha retornado o fornecimento, pois continuava sem internet em minha residência, disseram que sim e que mandariam um técnico no turno da manhã para verificar o que tinha ocorrido. Expliquei as atendentes que preciso da internet para trabalhar, elas foram indiferentes. Na terça-feira, a atendente SILVANIA RIBEIRO disse que o prazo era de 24 HORAS para essa visita acontecer, sendo que a atendente FERNANDA DANYELLE marcou no dia anterior para o turno da manhã. Reforcei diversas vezes que eu precisava da internet para trabalhar, mas em nenhum momento as atendentes demostraram empatia ou vontade de resolver o problema. Depois dessa experiência estou cancelando o contrato com a Netgool. Recomendo uma capacitação com as/os profissionais que prestam atendimento ao público. Essa ausência de empatia, postura profissional, e de comunicação eficaz fará com que mais clientes migrem para outra empresa.
Parabéns para a atendente Carol (acho que esse é o nome dela)que fez o meu atendimento presencial e só assim minha solicitação foi atendida e resolvida em menos de 03 minutos pelo técnico Danilo.

POOR SERVICE, POOR ATTENDANTS!
(Client for almost 02 years) Almost 04 days without internet access. I got in touch and they said they were doing maintenance due to the rain that fell on Sunday. At the end of Monday, I asked if the supply had already returned, as I still didn't have internet in my house, they said yes and that they would send a technician in the morning shift to check what had happened. I explained to the attendants that I need the internet to work, they were indifferent. On Tuesday, the attendant SILVANIA RIBEIRO said that the deadline was 24 HOURS for this visit to take place, and the attendant FERNANDA DANYELLE scheduled the day before for the morning shift. I reinforced several times that I needed the internet to work, but at no time did the attendants show empathy or willingness to solve the problem. After this experience I am canceling the contract with Netgool. I recommend training with professionals who provide services to the public. This lack of empathy, professional attitude, and effective communication will cause more customers to migrate to another company.
Congratulations to the attendant Carol (I think that's her name) who made my face-to-face service and just like that my request was answered and resolved in less than 03 minutes by technician Danilo.
