★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrível tem um atendente que só faltou me engoli quando liguei reclamando da internet e técnico simplesmente não veio a minha residencia e falou que tinha vindo na empresa contrato uma velocidade de 15 e não vem nem 1 uma falta de respeito para com o cliente, a mais de uma semana todos os dias tenho que ligar pra lá para reclamar simplesmente não aguento mais
 There is a horrible attendant who just missed me, I swallowed when I called complaining about the internet and the technician simply did not come to my residence and said that the contract had come at a speed of 15 and there is not even a lack of respect for the client, the more a week every day I have to call there to complain I just can't take it anymore

Entregam abaixo do pacote contratado.
Eles monitoram o horário que não tem ninguém em casa e desligam a internet. Toda vez que chego em casa mais cedo ou fora do horário de costume não tem internet na minha cada, precisa eu ligar p dar uma baixa (depois de macetar 1h de castigo p eles atenderem).

Deliver below the contracted package.
They monitor the time when no one is at home and turn off the internet. Every time I get home early or outside of usual hours there is no internet in my house, I need to call p to give them a break (after working 1h of punishment for them to answer).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa é a pior empresa de internet que ja contratei na minha vida, quase todos os dias tenho que ligar para o suporte pois fico sem conexão, mesmo assim não resolvem, depois mandam os coitados os tecnicos para fazer reparo mas sem os materiais necessários, acho que ja passei mais tempo sem internet do que com internet, nao recomendo a absolutamente ninguem!
This is the worst internet company I have ever hired in my life, almost every day I have to call the support because I have no connection, even so they do not solve it, then they send the poor technicians to make repairs but without the necessary materials, I think I've spent more time without internet than internet, I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo, internet instável o dia todo, todo mês você tem que ligar para suporte ti pois a molden se desconfigurar, final de semana é certo passar horas sem internet e quando você abrir uma OS, demora dias para lhe atender e com todos estes problemas você continua sem internet.
lousy service, unstable internet all day, every month you have to call support you because Molden is unset, weekend is sure to spend hours on the internet and when you open an OS, it takes days to serve you and all these problems you continue without internet.

Exemplo: Estou indo para o 3 mês sem poder usar meu celular para jogar...pelo seguinte fato: a velocidade não suporta meu consumo...e a empresa não oferece uma banda maior que 30MB...isso é frustante...comprei um Redmi Note 8 e não posso usar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem compromisso com o cliente, a um mês tentando mudar minha internet para fibra e so ficam me enrolando, perdi três dias de trabalho aguardando eles virem mudar, me falaram que para mudar teria que mudar a velocidade, assim eu fiz, mas mesmo assim não mudaram, para quem não tem o que fazer e pode ficar em casa o dia esperando ótimo, não recomendo a ninguém. Precisa melhorar muito para ser uma empresa seria.
Company with no commitment to the customer, for a month trying to change my internet to fiber and they just keep bothering me, I lost three days of work waiting for them to change, they told me that to change I would have to change the speed, so I did, but even so they haven't changed, for those who have nothing to do and can stay at home all day waiting for it to be great, I don't recommend it to anyone.
