★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quedas frequentes de conexão. Estou sem internet desde domingo (24/9) pela manhã (menos de uma semana após uma outra queda que ocorreu dia 20/09/2017) e o suporte é lamentável. Não atendem, não respondem whatsapp e não dão satisfação das providências adotadas; estou sem internet e sem previsão de retorno. Para piorar muito raramente a conexão funciona na velocidade contratada.
 Frequent drops in connection. I have been without internet since Sunday (9/24) in the morning (less than a week after another fall that occurred on 20/09/2017) and the support is unfortunate. They do not answer, they do not answer whatsapp and they do not satisfy the measures adopted; I have no internet and no return forecast. To make matters worse, the connection rarely works at the contracted speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente adimplente, sem nenhuma conectividade hoje dia 11/09/2019. Sem qualquer tipo de atendimento. A V-Link está com a sua página fora do ar, seu SAC não atende nem pelo Whatsapp nem pela telefone. Muito complicado.
I am a non-paying customer, with no connectivity today 09/11/2019. Without any kind of care. V-Link has its page down, its SAC does not answer either by Whatsapp or by phone. Very complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensei que poderia confiar nesta empresa como opção para fugir da NET, mas só me decepcione cada vez mais com as quedas constantes, internet não entrega a velocidade contratada e o não atendimento ao telefone e a central via internet. Fujam dessa internet!
I thought I could trust this company as an option to escape NET, but I am only ever disappointed with the constant drops, internet does not deliver the contracted speed and the non-service to the phone and the central via internet. Get away from this internet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, serviço péssimo,qdo vc contrata e uma maravilha,só p enganar os bestas,depois vc tem q ficar ligando toda semana p empresa p eles poderem liberar o acesso,e sempre vem com a mesma desculpa de manutenção na rede ?,e qdo lhe atendem pelo SAC (nunca vi uma empresa com SAC com o numenú de celular) já tá virando palhacada isso!
Lousy company, lousy service, when you hire and it's wonderful, just p to fool the beasts, then you have to keep calling every week p the company p they can release access, and always come with the same maintenance excuse on the network ?, and when you are served by the SAC (I have never seen a company with SAC with the mobile phone number) it is already turning into a joke!
