★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tendo uma péssima experiência com essa operadora de internet não consigo falar no suporte cai o sinal várias vezes no dia demora pra voltar. Sem condições, vou aguardar vencer o contrato e cancelar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico pra ninguém ,as atendentes não são qualificadas ,mal educadas principalmente quando você reclama e pra cancelar não consigo ficam enrolando e não fazem o cancelamento ,não caiam na rapidez pra instalar pq dpi vai ser só dor de cabeça
I do not recommend it to anyone , the attendants are not qualified , rude especially when you complain and to cancel , I can not do it and do not cancel , do not get too quick to install because dpi will be just a headache

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menos - 2 estrela, tô tento que pagar a hause Net e a Net vale, pq não consigo cancelar, ninguém atende, pra vender plano 3 toque atende , cancelar esquece, 400 mega que não vale nada, cai toda hora , direto da problema, vó ter que ir no procon pra conseguir cancelar. Péssima , não recomendo nem pro pior inimigo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estou tentando cancelar mais não tem atendente pra fazer isso fiquei uma hora esperando pra alguém atendente e só foca naquela gravação horrível de que todos os atendentes estão ocupados, eu liguei no financeiro e quem atendeu foi o suporte técnico e me disseram que não tinha ninguém pra me atender isso é um descaso com o cliente se eu não pagar a fatura eles sujam meu nome mais pra cancelar ninguém atende não sei mais o que fazer
I'm trying to cancel but there's no attendant to do this I was waiting for an hour for someone to attend and just focus on that horrible recording that all the attendants are busy, I called finance and it was the tech support and they told me there was no one to serve me this is negligent with the customer if I don't pay the bill they mess my name up anymore to cancel no one answers I don't know what else to do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram cabeamento no meu prédio, todos que falei da empresa até agora falam que não tem disponível aqui, falam que não tem cabeamento no prédio e demoram pra responder!!! Deveriam ter os dados da onde tem sinal disponível para atender os futuros clientes!!! Péssimo
They did cabling in my building, everyone I've talked to about the company so far says it's not available here, they say there's no cabling in the building and they take a long time to respond!!! They should have the data where there is a signal available to serve future customers!!! Terrible
