★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal, tive um problema com minha central de ramais e enviei para essa empresa faze a avaliação, atendimento horrível, tive um problema no atendimento, principalmente uma pessoal chamada Carolina, péssimo o atendimento, não recomento pra ninguém!!! Um descaso total com o cliente.
E acrescentando e vocês nas suas colocações, que vocês não mencionam, que meu motoboy foi retirar o equipamento no dia estipulado, tem isso registrado, data e hora, chagando lá, não estava pronta, e a atendente queria ter rasão do erro, essa empresa, muito ruim! Péssimos, não recomento pra ninguém...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem dia 27/12 conversei com uma pessoa identificada como Sandra , expliquei que gostaria de um orçamento para eu fechar o pedido e que precisaria retirar hoje , ela confirmou que poderia retirar , hoje qd falei com ela para fechar negócio a mesma já mudou o combinado, já disse que não poderia retirar próximo de minha residência , que somente seria possível se fosse retirar em Santana ou em São Bernardo , disse a ela que tudo bem que retiraria e Santana , ai ela me passou o orçamento e fiz a pergunta como faria para efetuar o pagamento pois me foi oferecido pagamento via PagSeguro, ai ela disse que somente pagamento a vista foi então que à questionei pois no site diz 12x pelo PagSeguro o msm equipamento, ai ela me o formou que ficaria difícil retirar o equipamento pq a nota fiscal é demorada para retirar , gente como assim a empresa faz uma propaganda e não segue ? A Sandra ao final de tudo disse que não podia mais falar comigo , pq ela me segurou desde Ontem , me enrolando se não ia me vender?

Sandra at the end of everything said she couldn't talk to me anymore, because she held me since Yesterday, screwing me up if she wasn't going to sell me?
