★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ola,boa noite ... estou aqui pra deixar algumas criticas dessa internet .... o serviço é bom,mais o sinal é muito ruim ... meu pai disse que colocou 2 gb e nao pega perfeitamente ... eu tinha outra internet e era so 1 mega e era otima .. agora nao sei se é o tempo que interfere ... mais eu tento fazer um trabalho e fico quase 2 horas tentando porque nao carrega... pago 90 reais pra uma internet assim,voces acham justo ???

Eu e meu marido fomos cotar os preços das mensalidades e acabamos contratando essa Netwaves.
Dois meses já que falaram que instalaria, entramos em contato e é aquela enrolação, cada hora falam uma coisa, falam que vão retornar, não retornam. Falam que vem instalar tal dia e não vem, e assim foi. Não sei como uma empresa dessas está de pé, muita FALTA DE COMPROMENTIMENTO, RESPONSABILIDADE, NÃO HÁ PROFISSIONALISMO isso vcs vão perceber, um verdadeiro DESCASO com o cliente!
O barato sai caro meu amigo. Quer uma dica? Concorrente.

My husband and I were quoting the monthly fees and ended up hiring this Netwaves.
Two months since they said that they would install, we came in contact and it is that cursing, every hour they say something, they say they will return, they will not return. They say they are going to install that day and they do not come, and that's how it was. I do not know how such a company is standing, a lot of LACK OF COMMITMENT, RESPONSIBILITY, THERE IS NO PROFESSIONALISM that you will realize, a real DISCOUNT with the customer!
The cheap comes out expensive my friend. Want a tip? Competitor.

E não não apenas os colaboradores que fazem da empresa uma péssima escolha nanhora de contratar um provedor de Internet, pois o proprietário não é muito refinado em seus modos.
O barato sai caro! Procurei a concorrência no mesmo dia e a instalação foi agendada para o dia seguinte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mds essa internet é muito ruim demorou um mês pra vim instalar, quando fui colocar ela falaram que a internet era otima, que rodava em td, não roda nada td hora cai, manda mensagem demoram pra responder... não sei como que essa empresa está de pé pq não presta sinceramente.

Empresa nao presta bom servico, muito ocioso o sinal, e qdo cai demora em resolver, se for final de semana entao...
Sem contar a rispidez no atendimento quando ligamos no escritório, pedindo solução.
Creio que pensam ser os únicos a fornecer sinal na cidade.
Arrependido principalmente pelo atendimento e servico prestado.
NÃO RECOMENDO.
FUJAM DESTA ARAPUCA.
YOU HAVE TO IMPROVE A LOT TO BE BAD.
