I only give one star because I can't give any. I made a call to find out about the price of the practical classes and the attendant was extremely rude. Zero score. The attendant amazes customers. ?

they need to improve the quality of service provided to employees. The other day I really needed a service and was totally ignored on whatsapp. it could have made my life easier but as i needed the service so much i had to go to the driving school for something i didn't need ..

em questao de dias mudam completamente oq podem ou nao fazer e uma informacao passada em um dia negam completamente no outro

realmente recomendo que utilizem qualquer outra auto escola menos essa

in a matter of days they completely change what they may or may not do and information passed in one day completely negates the next
really absurd
I really recommend that you use any other driving school except this one

Pior despachante de avare. Não explicam com clareza os documentos necessários para cada procedimento, atrasam o processo em 4 vezes o tempo estipulado no inicio.
E depois com toda a confusão criada, fogem das responsabilidades acusando o cliente de ter agido de forma incorreta.
Pessoas que nao assumem a propria culpa e ainda jogam para o cliente, extremamente agonia te estar em contato com essa empresa nojenta de pessoas horriveis
EXTREMELY EVIL AND HORRIBLE
Worst mean dispatcher. They do not clearly explain the documents required for each procedure, they delay the process by 4 times the time stipulated at the beginning.
And then with all the confusion created, they run away from responsibility accusing the client of having acted incorrectly.
People who do not take their own blame and still play for the customer, it is extremely agony to be in contact with this disgusting company of horrible people
