 I liked the place, easy to find, 0ena q the exam starts late, and ends earlier than they talk on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim! Começa atrasado, a recepcionista é grossa, fala que se precisar de algo é só chamar. Quando chamei , veio com grosseria e cara de pouca amizade. Tive que pedir água pelo ifood, pq pedi algumas vezes e fui atendida 2 horas apos com um copo de 50 ml.
Bad! delayed start, the receptionist is thick, says that if you need anything just call. When I called, I came with rudeness and face little friendship. Water had to ask the iFood pq ordered and was sometimes met with a 2 hours after 50 mL beaker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o exame de polissonografia, estava tudo muito limpo, o quarto tem as comodidades necessárias e a atendente foi muito amável. O exame foi mais rápido que imaginei e a cama confortável, o quarto tem banheiro, ar condicionado travesseiro e cobertores. Foi tudo tranquilo.
I did the polysomnography exam, everything was very clean, the room has the necessary amenities and the attendant was very kind. The exam was faster than I imagined and the bed comfortable, the room has a bathroom, air conditioning, pillow and blankets. It was all quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento. Por telefone não sabiam informar direito as coisas e na clinica tive que esperar quase 2h para ser atendida. Sai atrasada para trabalhar e nao dão atestado do tempo q voce perde lá. (Pq ate chegar sua vez de retirarem os fios vai um tempão) Fica só uma pessoa (grossa) para ligar os fios para começar e finalizar o exame (começou e terminou muito tarde). A cama é muito dura, muito mesmo!!! Não tem toalha e nem servem café. Se puder, vá para o Instituto do Sono que é muito melhor!
I didn't like the service. Over the phone they did not know how to inform things properly and at the clinic I had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. You leave late to work and they do not give a certificate of the time you spend there. (Because until your turn to remove the wires goes a long time) Only one person (thick) is left to connect the wires to start and end the exam (it started and ended very late). The bed is very hard, very much !!! There is no towel or coffee. If you can, go to the Sleep Institute which is much better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica péssima, atendimento péssimo. Me desloquei de outra cidade pra fazer um exame nesta clínica e só perdi tempo e dinheiro, pois por falta de orientação correta, não pude realizar o exame. Decepcionada com a falta de consideração com o paciente.
Bad clinic, bad service. I moved from another city to take an exam at this clinic and I just wasted time and money, because due to lack of correct guidance, I couldn't perform the exam. Disappointed with the lack of consideration for the patient.
