I would like to thank you immensely for all the kindness, affection, respect and professionalism I received. All the extremely attentive employees, such as Renata for example. I was received by a very friendly, kind doctor who made me feel very comfortable to take the exam. Due to their enormous professionalism, the exam was very smooth and the hassle was minimal. In these difficult times, it's great to find places like this.

â â â â â Quando fui fazer o exame de polissonografia, o atendimento presencial Ă© muito bom, porĂ©m apĂłs a data do exame eu tento entrar em contato pelo WhatsApp e/ou pelo telefone e ninguĂ©m responde e atende. Ă impressionante a falha de atendimento no modo remoto, isso Ă© uma crĂtica construtiva porque sei que podem melhorar esse quesito instruindo as atendentes para um melhor atendimento e comprometimento em atender os clientes.

A princĂpio na primeira avaliação dei 2 ââ devido a falha no atendimento remoto. ApĂłs o retorno no comentĂĄrio informando que o telefone estava com problemas, volto a retifico minha avaliação mas levo em contato o retorno pelo whatsapp e e-mail, jĂĄ que o telefone de contato estava com problemas, poderiam ter informado por outros meios de contato eu havia falha no telefone. Tive que remarcar minha consulta para apresentação do exame porque nĂŁo tive retorno a tempo (10 dias pedido para o exame ficar pronto ) de saber se poderia ou nĂŁo buscar o exame, tive retorno nesta data (22/11/21) com dois dias de atraso.
Reforçando que Ă© uma crĂtica construtiva que pode ser melhorada sem dĂșvidas.
Presencialmente o atendimento Ă© Ăłtimo e nĂŁo tive o que reclamar.
When I went to take the polysomnography exam, the face-to-face service is very good, but after the exam date I try to get in touch via WhatsApp and/or by phone and no one answers and answers. The failure of service in remote mode is impressive, this is a constructive criticism because I know they can improve this issue by instructing the attendants for better service and commitment to serving customers.

At first in the first evaluation I gave 2 ââ due to failure in remote service. After the return in the comment stating that the phone was having problems, I return to rectify my assessment but I contact the return via whatsapp and e-mail, since the contact telephone was having problems, they could have informed me by other means of contact. the phone failed. I had to reschedule my appointment to present the exam because I didn't get back in time (10 days asked for the exam to be ready) to know whether or not I could pick up the exam, I had a return on this date (11/22/21) with two days of delay.
Reinforcing that it is a constructive criticism that can be improved without a doubt.
In person, the service is great and I had nothing to complain about.

â â â â â Tentando marcar eletroneuromiografia das mĂŁos com tendinite, telefonei para a clĂnica, a atendente me informou que somente pelo WhatsApp Ă© possĂvel marcar o exame. Vc coloca o nĂșmero na agenda e KD??????? NĂŁo aparece. Preciso muito realizar o exame, porĂ©m somente pelo WhatsApp Ă© complicado. Quem tem tempo de ficar "plantado" esperando resposta???? Estou no trabalho e nĂŁo posso ficar o tempo todo no celular. Muito chato isso de todas as clĂnicas sĂł quererem marcar atravĂ©s de aplicativos.

â â â â â Acredito que esteja mal assessorado por suas atendentes. Primeiro, liguei para marcar uma eletroneuromiografia dos nervos faciais. Disseram que sĂł marcariam com foto do pedido e carteirinha. Enviei pelo whatsapp e visualizaram e nada disseram. Liguei novamente e disseram que nĂŁo poderiam marcar porque a mĂ©dica nĂŁo colocou a indicação do exame. Ă a 4ÂȘ eletroneuro que faço da face em 3 anos e nunca o pedido de exame foi entrave. Parece que as atendentes nĂŁo tem interesse em agendar...

It's the 4th electroneuro I've done on the face in 3 years and the request for an exam has never been an obstacle. It seems that the attendants are not interested in scheduling...
