★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, a clínica abre somente as 9:00 e é uma bagunça a orden de fazer a ficha, levei 50 minutos para conseguir fazer a ficha e o médico muito ignorante nem deixava eu terminar de falar.
Não indico para ninguém ir nessa clínica.
 Very bad service, the clinic opens only at 9:00 am and it is a mess to order the record, it took me 50 minutes to get the record and the doctor was very ignorant and didn't even let me finish talking.
I don't recommend anyone to go to that clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, vc vai para tentar se cuidar sai de la mais doente, pq o médico é um ignorante, arrogante, grosso etc, nunca fui tão mal tratada como nessa clínica, tratam as pessoas como lixo.
Médico soberbo, se acha o melhor, mas esquece que um dia ele pode passar pela mesma situação .
Não vão nesta clínica , pessimo lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior clínica que já fui. Suja e desorganizada, atendimento péssimo (como se não quisessem estar ali). Desisti antes de ser atendido, pois eles mesmos não tem noção do tempo médio que você levará lá. Um lixo, não recomendo.
Worst clinic I've ever been. Dirty and disorganized, lousy service (as if they did not want to be there). I gave up before being attended to, for they themselves have no idea of the average time you will take there. A rubbish, I do not recommend.

Fui a uma consulta e a tendente me disse que o Dr João não viria e que tentaram me avisar pelo celular.Peguntei porque não me ligaram no fixo , aí grosseiramente me disse que se eu tivesse passado ela teria ligado, então respondi à altura que se tivessem perguntado eu teria passado.Se recusaram me fornecer uma declaração de horas pois sai no meio do meu expediente de trabalho.Ela perguntou pra uma outra que estava do lado com uma cara horrivel que mais parecia uma carranca respondendo só com a cabeça que não.Saí de lá com tants raiva, perdi minhas horas de serviço , não tive atendimento. Enfim , nunca mais volto aquela clinica lixo. Pena pois gosto muito do Dr João.
Terrible attendance. I went to an appointment and the attendant told me that Dr João would not come and that they tried to notify me by cell phone. I asked why they didn't call me on the landline, then rudely told me that if I had passed, she would have called, so I replied at the time that if had they asked I would have passed. If they refused to provide me with a declaration of hours because I left in the middle of my work shift. She asked another woman who was on the side with a horrible face that looked more like a frown, answering only with her head no. I left there with so much anger, I lost my hours of service, I had no service. Anyway, I never go back to that junk clinic. It's a shame because I really like Dr João.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,marcam as 15:30 e que é por ordem de chegada, pessoas passando na frente, recepção lotada e sem distanciamento nenhum.
Chegamos com mais de 1 hora adiantados e para fazer a ficha esperamos 1:15 minutos,sem respeito nenhum com os pacientes
Terrible service, at 3:30 pm and which is in order of arrival, people passing by, reception crowded and without any distance.
