★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo para falar bem... sem respeito com os clientes... consulta marcada para data em que o médico sequer atende no local... me desloquei com meu pai em recuperação de uma cirurgia mais de 40km a toa. Depois remarcaram para um horário e dias depois ligaram pedindo para antecipar o horário da consulta. Aceitamos, mais uma vez, total descaso. O médico não estava no horário marcado e sequer da satisfação. Ridículo. Não indico pra ninguém... melhor ir ao SUS.
Bad service to speak well ... no respect for clients ... appointment scheduled for date when the doctor even meets on site ... I moved with my father recovering from surgery more than 40km for nothing. Then they rescheduled for a time and days later called asking to anticipate the appointment time. We accept once again total neglect. The doctor was not on time and not even satisfied. Ridiculous. I don't tell anyone ... better go to SUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bom atendimento começa por atender o telefone e ninguém atende em plena tarde de um dia útil. Me poupe. Só chama e a ligação cai mesmo a gravação mandando aguardar. Tá pior que o SUS.
Good service starts with answering the phone and no one answers in the middle of the afternoon of a business day. Spare me. Just call and the call even drops the recording ordering to wait. It's worse than SUS.

de 2021 precisei fazer outra cirurgia cervical em outras vértebras adorei, estou super bem, ele e um ótimo médico profissional excelente , tem paciência com o paciente agente se sente acolhida por ele , estou muito bem graças adeus , eu só tenho que agradecer a Deus e a ele Dr. César casaroli, obrigado por tudo.?
I had my first cervical surgery with Dr. César casaroli in 2019 it was excellent I was really well, now 7/16
of 2021 I had to do another cervical surgery on other vertebrae I loved it, I'm super well, he is a great excellent professional doctor, have patience with the patient, we feel welcomed by him, I'm very well thanks goodbye, I just have to thank God and to him Dr. César casaroli, thank you for everything.'
