★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médico não estava no dia do exame , não me avisaram com antecedência e não havia disponibilidade de datas próximas. Pelas outras avaliações dr. Cristiano já está acostumado a fazer isso e já deveriam ter arrumado um substituto pra essas ocasiões...decidi procurar outro local pra fazer o exame.
 The doctor was not on the day of the exam, they didn't notify me in advance and there was no availability of upcoming dates. For other reviews dr. Cristiano is already used to doing this and they should have already found a replacement for these occasions... I decided to look for another place to take the exam.

A comunicação entre cliente, equipe de atendimento e médico se mostrou péssima. Perdi exame por não receber documentos a tempo, e tive que passar novamente em consulta para pegar os documentos que poderiam ser enviados sem minha presença. Gastei dinheiro e tempo desnecessariamente. Surpreso, ao chegar na consulta vejo os mesmos documentos que solicitei já preparados pelo médico dias antes, e a equipe de atendimento foi tão desorganizada que conseguiu me prejudicar 2x. Sem críticas ao médico - que me atendeu bem -, mas todas as críticas à clínica.
Que fique de aviso, quem sabe, aos próximos pacientes.
I am very disappointed.
Communication between the client, the service team and the physician proved to be very bad. I missed the exam because I didn't receive documents in time, and I had to go through another consultation to get the documents that could be sent without my presence. I spent money and time unnecessarily. Surprised, when I arrive at the appointment, I see the same documents I asked for, already prepared by the doctor days before, and the service team was so disorganized that they managed to harm me twice. No criticism of the doctor - who treated me well - but all criticism of the clinic.
May I be a warning, who knows, to the next patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu sobrinho foi fazer exame E.E.G de 30 minutos , na unidade da vila Mariana quando chegamos na clinica foi avisado que só estavam fazendo de 15 minutos, nos não fomos comunicado sobre a mudança, foi uma falta de respeito com paciente , EU NÃO INDICO !!!
My nephew went for a 30-minute EEG exam, at the unit in Vila Mariana when we arrived at the clinic, he was told that they were only doing 15 minutes, we were not informed about the change, it was a lack of respect for the patient, I DO NOT INDICATE!! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinica tem bons médicos, mas é muito desorganizada. O sistema de Senhas não funciona (não é usado) e os horários agendados não são respeitados. Vc agenda as 9, e é atendido as 10, e entram varias pessoas na sua frente. Falta organização e respeito. Não recomendo. Existem clinicas melhores.
The clinic has good doctors, but it is very disorganized. The Password system does not work (it is not used) and the scheduled times are not respected. You schedule at 9, and you are attended at 10, and several people enter in front of you. Lack of organization and respect. I do not recommend. There are better clinics.

Hoje vim para um retorno com o neurocirurgião, Dr. Marcelo.
Minha consulta estava agendada para as 14:45. São 15:40 e me deram previsão de ser atendida daqui meia hora!
Tremendo descaso e falta de atenção!
A sala de espera está lotada e longe de ser muito confortável…
I have already consulted with 2 doctors at this clinic, Dr. Sergio and Dr. Marcelo.
Today I came for a return with the neurosurgeon, Dr. Marcelo.
My appointment was scheduled for 2:45 pm. It's 15:40 and they gave me an estimate to be seen in half an hour!
Tremendous neglect and lack of attention!
The waiting room is crowded and far from comfortable…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha um exame de eletroneuromiografia de mmii agendado hoje 23.02 as 13:05. Cheguei com 10 min de antecedência e a atendente me informou que foi desmarcado pq o doutor não iria poder atender e que fizeram contato pelo telefone e que meu número não tinha wattzap. Mostrei a atendente q fiz o agendamento via wattzap e depois de um t tempo me disse q a moça q fez o agendamento marcou meu número errado e por isso não conseguiu me avisar.. saí da zona leste até a vila Mariana à toa. Falta de respeito.
I had a mmii electroneuromyography exam scheduled today 23.02 at 13:05. I arrived 10 minutes in advance and the attendant informed me that it was canceled because the doctor would not be able to answer and that they made contact by phone and that my number did not have wattzap. I showed the attendant who made the appointment via wattzap and after a while told me that the girl who made the appointment dialed my number wrong and that's why she couldn't tell me.. I left the east side to Vila Mariana for nothing. Lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica com bom atendimento na realização de exames. A abertura de ficha na recepção demora um pouco. Próximo ao metrô Vila Mariana. Estacionamento pago no local e difícil estacionar ao redor.
Clinic with good service in carrying out exams. Opening a form at reception takes a while. Close to Vila Mariana subway. Paid parking on site and difficult to park around.
