★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, já começa pelas recepcionista , você liga para adiar uma consulta porque os exames não ficaram pronto, elas falam que não tem horário só para gente pagar outra consulta, quando você liga por outro numero de telefone se passando por outro paciente, elas arrumam uma data bem mais próxima do que foi falado anteriormente, só passam informações erradas são completamente mal informadas, e quando vamos a uma consulta ficamos mais de 3 horas sentada esperando o atendimento, é um descaso absurdo, é pior que o SUS não indico para ninguém esse lugar!
 Bad service, it starts with the receptionists, you call to postpone an appointment because the exams are not ready, they say that there is no time just for us to pay for another appointment, when you call by another phone number posing as another patient, they fix it a date much closer to what was said before, they only give wrong information, they are completely misinformed, and when we go to an appointment, we sit for more than 3 hours waiting for the service, it's absurd neglect, it's worse that the SUS does not recommend it to anyone this place!

Muito atenciosa , ela fez o parto dos meus 2 filhos . Conheço ela a mais de 10 anos . Sempre muito simpática e educada . Da segunda gestação tive problemas sérios pós parto e ela me auxiliou muito bem com atendimentos até pelo Whats em qualquer horário. Muito prestativa e entende muito doque faz . Sobre a demorara chegue sempre bem antes do seu horário marcado . Demora um pouco mas nunca foi exagerado. Por se tratar de Ginecologista obstetra as vezes surgem emergências e por atender gestante muitas vezes pode demorar um pouco mais devido às dúvidas das mesmas. Ela não atende com pressa só é objetiva sem enrolação . Mas tudo que você perguntar ou precisar ela vai atender super bem. Super indico!!

Very attentive, she delivered my 2 children. I've known her for over 10 years. Always very friendly and polite. From the second pregnancy I had serious postpartum problems and she helped me very well with calls even through Whats at any time. Very helpful and very understanding of what you do. About the delay, always arrive well before your scheduled time. It takes a while but it was never exaggerated. Because it is an obstetrician gynecologist, emergencies sometimes arise and for attending pregnant women it can often take a little longer due to their doubts. It does not answer in a hurry, it is only objective without tangling. But whatever you ask or need it will suit you very well. Super recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito da dra Neuza medica extremamente atenciosa e educada, o unico problema é a demora, acho muita falta de consideração com o paciente vc ficar 2h 30m esperando pra ser atendida. Trabalho fora e isso é ruim, melhor coisa é marcar nas suas ferias, pois vc tem muito tempo pra esperar. Tirando isso medica e atendentes nota 10.
I really liked Dr. Neuza, an extremely attentive and polite doctor, the only problem is the delay, I think it's very inconsiderate of the patient, you stay 2h 30m waiting to be seen. I work out and that's bad, the best thing is to book your vacation, because you have a lot of time to wait. Apart from that doctors and attendants grade 10.

Wow, my daughter is her patient... but I think this delay in service is very disrespectful to clients.... so why make an appointment? does not make sense! just lack of respect even with those who pay this professional ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dra Neusa é ótima, muito atenciosa, uma excelente profissional. O problema é a demora para ser atendida. Já cheguei a ficar 4 horas esperando. Hoje já estou a 2 horas. A recepção está lotada de gente. E cada vez vai chegando mais. Eles agendam 1 paciente a cada 15 minutos e tem consulta que demora 1 hora ou mais. É absurdo essa salsa cheia desse jeito ainda mais em tempo de pandemia
Dr Neusa is great, very attentive, an excellent professional. The problem is the delay in being attended to. I've already spent 4 hours waiting. Today I'm 2 hours away. The reception is full of people. And more and more are arriving. They schedule 1 patient every 15 minutes and have an appointment that takes 1 hour or more. It's absurd, this parsley filled like that, even more in time of pandemic

Dr Neusa is simply wonderful. The wait in the waiting room is well worth it. She gives you tranquility, affection and a lot of respect to patients.
