Fica a dica de dizer ao cliente que fique olhando direto o telefone para não perder a hora que eles vão ligar para confirmar a ida previamente agendada e confirmada.
They agreed to come a time, they did not come. They called afterwards, asking if they could go. It was not on the phone. I called back when I saw them, and they said they could not go any further. The tip is to tell the customer to look directly at the phone so that they do not miss the time they will call to confirm the previously scheduled and confirmed journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em maio de 2017 contratei a empresa NEVAR para consertar o meu ar-condicionado inverter carrier 12 mil btus.
Disseram que o problema era na placa da evaporadora e me cobraram 300 reais.
Passados 02 meses o ar volta a dar problema e eles voltaram a reparar... Viajei e passei 6 meses sem utilizar o ar condicionado.
Quando em dezembro/2017 tento ligar o ar-condicionado o problema volta a acontecer... chamo novamente a Nevar..Agora o problema é na placa da condensadora... pago 400 reais pelo serviço...(já somam 700 reais)
Em Fevereiro de 2018 a máquina volta a dar problema...chamo-os novamente(prazo de garantia) e sou surpreendido que a garantia não cobre porque o problema já é outro... teria que pagar mais 500 reais... Brincadeira de mal gosto...
Resumo: Perdi 700 reais, me senti ultra enganado, perdendo um tempo enorme, so ganhando desgosto.
OBS: Não se enganem pela avaliação do GOOGLE. Foi por essa indicação que os contratei.
In May 2017 I hired NEVAR to repair my 12,000 btus inverter carrier air conditioner.
They said the problem was with the evaporator plate and charged me 300 reais.
After 02 months, the air is again problematic and they repaired it again ... I traveled and spent 6 months without using the air conditioning.
When in December / 2017 I try to turn on the air conditioning the problem happens again ... I call Nevar again. Now the problem is on the condenser plate ... I pay 400 reais for the service ... (already add up to 700 reais)
In February 2018, the machine is back in trouble ... I call them again (warranty period) and I am surprised that the warranty does not cover because the problem is already different ... I would have to pay another 500 reais ... bad taste...
Summary: I lost 700 reais, I felt ultra deceived, wasting a lot of time, only gaining heartbreak.
NOTE: Don't be fooled by the GOOGLE evaluation. It was for this indication that I hired them.
