Danificaram a tela, descolaram a tela, veio com risco no meio e manchas pretas na tela, mais de 5 meses com a TV e nunca davam uma explicação coerente. Sempre uma desculpa, e demora em atender. Prometiam devolver um dia, chegava no dia não tava pronta. E com isso se passaram mais de 5 meses. A única coisa pelo menos devolveram o dinheiro mas jamais indicaria um ligar assim.
It was definitely the worst choice made. We took our Samsung 49" TV, with the burnt plate to exchange. They damaged the screen, took off the screen, came with a scratch in the middle and black spots on the screen, more than 5 months with the TV and they never gave a coherent explanation. Always an excuse , and delay in answering. They promised to return it one day, it arrived on the day it was not ready. And with that more than 5 months passed. The only thing at least they returned the money but would never indicate a call like that.
