★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sempre levei lá e sempre atenderam bem e fizeram o trampo 100%...
Porém a uns 2 meses atrás deixei o game do meu mlk la ( xbox 360) que por sinal era "novo" 1 ano e pouco de uso, estava ligando, porém não aparecia a imagem.. Ok deixei pra orçar, 4 dias depois ligaram e disseram q era processador e ficaria 350 .... na hora ja pensei acho q não compensa né, falei q passaria la na durante a smn pra ver se arrumaria ou traria de volta... de imediato ja me ofereceram 50 reais pela "carcaça" achei pouco e disse q iria pensar e diria quando fosse até a loja... dias depois cheguei na loja na intenção de trazer o game pra levar pra outro orçamento, pra minha surpresa o rapaz disse q o game estava em outro local e não na loja e que eu retornasse no sábado pra retirar... fui na terça pra retirar e pra minha surpresa ele disse q o game estava lá, mas estava todo desmontado e demoraria, e que eu deveria voltar outro dia novamente... Ok
Voltei na outra semana e consegui retirar o aparelho, depois de muita luta... Chegando em casa fui testar o aparelho nem ligar não liga, da só luz vermelha, outra hora nem luz dá....
OU SEJA CASO TOTALMENTE SUSPEITO... NÃO VOLTO MAIS, E NÃO INDICO A NINGUÉM...

I went on Tuesday to pick it up and to my surprise he said that the game was there, but it was all disassembled and would take too long, and that I should come back another day ... Ok
I came back the other week and managed to remove the device, after a lot of struggle ... When I got home I went to test the device or turn it on.
OR BE FULLY SUSPECTED CASE ... I WILL NOT RETURN MORE, AND DO NOT INDICATE ANYONE ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais fazem pouco caso dos clientes, quando eu fui lá para arrumar meu ps4, pois a fonte estava quebrada, minha tia me relatou que eles "enrolam" para entregar, levei lá dia 4 de novembro, hoje é dia 23 de dezembro, eles dão, um prazo, e não cumprem, sempre falam frases do tipo: "amanhã no final da tarde está pronto" e vou 2 dias depois, e eles repetem a mesma coisa.
Está lá já tem mais de um mês, não recomendaria a ninguém
The professionals make light of the customers, when I went there to fix my ps4, because the font was broken, my aunt told me that they "roll it" to deliver, I took it there on November 4th, today is December 23rd, they they give, a deadline, and they don’t comply, they always say phrases like: "tomorrow afternoon is ready" and I go 2 days later, and they repeat the same thing.
It's been there for over a month now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo! Não recomendo deixarem aparelho nenhum para concertarem, eles dão um prazo curto de entrega, e fica te enrolando todo dia dizendo que no fim da tarde vai estar pronto e nada! Deixei meu celular, que falaram que no outro dia estaria pronto, já estou no quinto dia cobrando direto e eles inventando um monte de desculpas, num dia falou que o celular tava em SP, agora já disse que tá em São Roque. Só perca de tempo e passando raiva!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRÍVEL! Levei meu controle pra arrumar lá e eles invetaram que o controle do PS3 tinha um "mapa" diferente e que era impossível arrumar o controle, sendo que nos outros lugares arrumam, mesmo assim demoraram até 2021 pra entregaram sendo que eu levei em 2020.
Depois ficaram de cara FEIA ainda!
HORRIBLE! I took my controller to fix it there and they claimed that the PS3 controller had a different "map" and that it was impossible to fix the controller, and in other places they fix it, even so it took until 2021 to deliver it, which I took in 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, tava pagando um ps4 que eu tinha marcado de pegar com eles, faltava apenas 150 reais pra poder pegar o ps4, quando eu contatei que ia pegar, eles disseram que me pediram para ir sábado pegar, mas não disseram isso em um único momento, disseram que iriam "segurar "o ps4 caso alguém tenha interesse, quando contatei eles vieram com uma bela noticia: "sinto muito, pedimos para vc vir sábado mas vc não apareceu, já vendemos o ps4" vou esperar para pegar outro modelo d ps4 nesta loja, mas nunca mais piso os pés nela!! Não compre aí,, apenas perda de tempo, e estresse.
