Minha instrutora é a Gi.. uma excelente profissional que nos faz re-descobrir musculos, flexibilidade e força que muitas vezes esquecemos. I've been doing Pilates for many years and New Life is without a doubt the best Pilates studio I've ever been to. My instructor is Gi.. an excellent professional who makes us rediscover muscles, flexibility and strength that we often forget. If you are looking to do Pilates in a different way... New Life is the right place. Highly recommended!!!

Além disso são muito simpáticas e acolhedoras, nos deixam muito a vontade e passam confiança! Por isso, conseguimos ver os resultados aparecendo mesmo no início do tratamento. Estou muito feliz com as aulas!
Studio very well organized, well located and safe. The instructors are very qualified and appreciate our health and well being. In addition, they are very friendly and welcoming, make us feel very comfortable and feel confident! Therefore, we can see the results appearing even at the beginning of the treatment. I am very happy with the classes!
