Agora sigo na prevenção de lesões e trabalhando a musculatura. As sessões são sempre acompanhadas de perto e muito variadas seguindo uma evolução constante. Isso é incrível!!! I love it!!! I am an athlete and Pilates has been adding a lot to my performance. I took care of an injury at the beginning of the sessions and the improvement was fast. Now I continue to prevent injuries and work on the muscles. The sessions are always closely monitored and very varied following a constant evolution. This is amazing!!! Congratulations for the excellence in the work, I do and recommend!!!
