★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de 2 cirurgias na lombar em setembro de 2019 e abril de 2020 ,conheci a Reabilitar e consegui me livrar das dores ,estou fortalecendo cada dia , obs: no começo só conseguia andar meia hora ,hoje estou me recuperando cada dia melhor ??
After 2 lumbar surgeries in September 2019 and April 2020, I got to know Rehabilitate and managed to get rid of the pain, I'm getting stronger every day, obs: at first I could only walk half an hour, today I'm recovering better every day ??

Almost 2 years ago, I arrived at Reabilitar with a lot of pain in my lower back and knee. Day after day the pains were decreasing and I gained more mobility, flexibility, strength and today I see how much I have evolved. This is all thanks to the wonderful Reabilitar team. Grade 10 place.
